Yes exactly my friend but that's only if you have auto save turned on. After game crash just select 'Load latest state of map' and you'll start exactly where your game crashed.
If you don’t have a wheel or don’t want to use KB, use mouse steering and accelerate. It’s the **best** thing I’ve ever used in 30 odd years of pc gaming. Press ‘o’ on KB enables/disables it. This is the only game I own that I can forget to switch on my G29 or TrackIR 5 and alt+tab out and switch them on and then go back to the game, press Alt and switch them on and they work perfectly right in the middle of the game! A 10 years old game, as well!!!
I remember a video, where an AI passenger stuck at the drivers desk and the other passengers were hanging on the front door. Pretty weird and they all were on the same place.
It's amazing how much PC performance has come on in the last few years. I play OMSI2 at max settings 1080p on my 4060 and ryzen 7 5800x and get 500fps!
It’s the fact it’s 32bit and not 64bit. That performance suffers. It only utilises 2gb RAM (the 4gb patch helps immensely) but if you want to use 16,32,64gb of system RAM then it needs to be remade for modern OS
Do you see a lot of pop-in at that draw distance for objects? I've been testing - trying to get a consistent 60fps @ 4K and it doesn't seem to have a lot of effect. I can manage 40-80fps with a 3700x overclocked to 4.5ghz + RTX 3080. Some areas do dip to 20 fps at times though.
same here just depends how much u load on ur cpu, traffic, parked cars, pedestrians, scheduled buses, textures, draw distance, tiles, reflections, shadows etc. the more you add the harder it gets for cpu to generate everything
Those lags you see, is when the map tiles loads in. It's build in to OMSI 2, that it loads the tiles. It doesn't stream the scenery as other games does. That's why you see the lag when it loads the tiles. I think the only way you can get rid of loading the tiles when you drive, is by loading the whole map at startup.
Can you tell me if it is normal for my wheel to not turn back after I turn the corner like a real car is doesn’t match the axel if you know what I mean. In a real car if I turn a corner and then go straight the steering wheel will turn back on it’s own does omsi not have that feature
Centering should be a thing in OMSI 2. Basically it all depends on how much FFB centering and intensity you have set on your steering wheel in the game & on your steering wheel software
Fantastic tutorial but when using the IBIS system and getting the display board to select the route etc, I dont get all those choices, I only get the choice of blank or 76 Krakenhaus. Any ideas?
Yes. Step 1. make sure you load a map without any buses. Step 2. select a London city bus and make sure you have London Depot selected as well (very important). Step 3. Once you're in the bus and selected your route click on Mobitech ICU 400 and follow my first few clicks like I did at 44:49 until you find your line number and final destination. Simple. Step 4. Now wait a few minutes until outer display panels scroll to the # & destination chosen. Could take a few minutes BE PATIENT.
Right i have a problem The ai cars in the london map from far away have colour but when you come closer to them the colours dissapear and the car is see through any one has any way to fix it?

hi, nice video! I saw that you use logitech g29 (like me) but i have an issue with it...I hope that you can help me! When i accidentally bump a sidewalk, or something near the road, the logitech g29 starts to turn suddenly left or right (maybe due to the force feedback?) And all the times, in order to regain control of the steering wheel, i have to put controls (from "alt" menu) on keyboard and then put it again on steering/joystick option I've also tried to disable force feedback from game options, but nothing: the problem remain the same :(
@@JamGamer181 Are you using the older 'Logitech Gaming Software' app? If so, uninstall it and download the newer 'Logitech G-Hub' app. Maybe that will fix your problem.
Hi! Quick question.. I'm not a hardcore simulator player and I only really play omsi sometimes as it's pretty relaxing.. I don't have a wheel or anything tho and the keyboard steering is really weird any way of fixing it??

On thé enviro 200 when I setup the bus it doesn’t move, and when I do the ai trick it won’t work and whatever speed the ai was it it would just roll and not accelerate

I've also experienced this bug. Close OMSI 2 and start new map without any buses. Once map loads select a different bus from the one you previously had.
For the black windows bugge you need to instal the 4GB omsi2 patch verry easy to instal i will turn on the x64 bit for omsi2 now you play on x32 en because the that you will have black windows

@@gamingwithpros4047 At time stamp 12:45 look at OMSI 2 Game Controller options window. Make sure your steering wheel is selected from the list by checkmarking the 'active' box. Then on bottom left of window where it says 'Axis/Buttons' click on 'Axis'. Now you'll see steering, throttle & brake axis. Beside each one you'll see a box titled 'Inverted'. Check the box for throttle & brake pedals and test your wheel & pedals now.

do you need that steering wheel on your cam for omsi 2 to work or you can just use WASD?
You can select Keyboard to play OMSI 2 as well. I have never played with keyboard though. Cheers.

Something to do with the textures I think. Try raising or lowering them until it fixes.

Same problem here. Just lower the sensitivity slide bar in OMSI 2's steering wheel settings....oh and avoid hitting the curb lol.
Have the same issue here tried to lower the omsi 2 ffb slider but is still the same any advice?

You have to download the map & add it into your maps folder. Next step is to run OMSI 2 & select London on the top right corner of the UI

There is a front right passenger view that you can switch to but its visibility is not good enough to drive from for the whole route.

I’m having an issue where I start driving the route 3 and everyone leaves even though I don’t hit nothing nor drive badly idk what’s going on so buggy

Had the same issue as well. For some reason the terminus display tends to turn off randomly :/

For me, when im trying to set up my steering wheel (thrustmaster racing wheel FFB), when im not touching the pedals, its saying that im putting 100% on it, then, when i press down, it says im not touching them, can someone help?
You have to put a checkmark the 'inverted' box beside your accelerator & brakes in the game's steering input settings

@@gamingwithpros4047 At time stamp 12:45 look at OMSI 2 Game Controller options window. Make sure your steering wheel is selected from the list by checkmarking the 'active' box. Then on bottom left of window where it says 'Axis/Buttons' click on 'Axis'. Now you'll see steering, throttle & brake axis. Beside each one you'll see a box titled 'Inverted'. Check the box for throttle & brake pedals and test your wheel & pedals now.

Generally making my camera move around the cab
