I always thought it was suspicious that Bonnie didn’t show up. Especially because Scott had mentioned in an interview that Bonnie was his favorite. As we have all learned in these games, there is no coincidences. Everything has a meaning and a main character missing has to be important.
Honestly, the “I Miss Him” bit just made me sad, cause that means Freddy is able to miss people. The other three don’t seem to show affection, but Freddy does, even remembering his lost friend, not just programming. It’s so sad, but also shows how much Freddy cares about his friends. I just wonder if Bonnie was like Freddy, before Afton infected it. Caring about children, and his friends, before he was slowly warped, eaten away, by the virus. Edit: Chica does show concern for Freddy, checking on him and stuff, as someone told me (thx for the correction), and the other two have obvious personalities. I wish we could’ve seen their personalities more often and more directly before they got taken over, like we do with Freddy.
It's also caused by glitchtraps/springtraps whatever u want to call them virus the only reason they attack Gregory is because they have the virus that makes them more aggressive and also they do show emotions Chica checked on Freddy when he fell down and she loves to eat trash pizza etc ,Roxy cries a LOT and shows anger ,and Monty has anger issues
This definitely makes a lot more sense than “Monty decommissioned Bonnie because popularity,” and it ties in very neatly with FNAF lore. It wouldn’t make sense for Monty to do that because HE would be decommissioned for being too aggressive. And if he wanted to destroy animatronics to be more popular, it would make more sense if he were to target Freddy since he’s the head of the band. I think Bonnie being used to Vanny and Glitchtrap is a very good way to tie in the story of Help Wanted and Security Breach together. It also is a little funny: Springtrap took Bonnie’s place in FNAF3, and he technically did it again with Security Breach
And monty would be in montys room not in monty gator golf because he was in his room a while ago so that means he's always in the room not monty gator golf
i agree that monty would be decommissioned if he attacked bonnie and so what ive like assumed/put together is that bonmie was possessed by the glitchtrap virus and went to gator golf after hours and for whatever reason monty wasnt in his room and bonnie attacked him and then as a result got decommissioned as not only would he have been in control by the virus he has a history of being one of the more aggressive animatronics apparently i feel i just typed a jumble of words sorry if what i wrote wasnt clear👍
I actually think that Bonnie is SUPER important to the franchize. I mean, it was Bonnie that gave Scott nightmares, it was Bonnie's springlock suit that William hid in to kill the children, there's Shadow Bonnie we play as in the minigames in the third location. He's SUPER SUPER important. But why would they take Bonnie off the stage in Security Breach. I feel like it's either protecting Scott's sensitivity, or disrespecting it. But either way, Bonnie is super super important. I can't stress this enough. So, my theory is that they made this...Glamrock Bonnie...if not part of the jumble of Burntrap, he is Burntrap. Now, the soul returns to the body, which we learn in the Silver Eyes trilogy, but William's body was sort of burned, and the Spring Bonnie animatronic with him. So, maybe Vanny tried to collect his remains, and piece them back together, but he's literally burned to a crisp, now. He would have needed a new animatronic shell. So, when his signature glam rock animatronic was broken beyond recognition, it would certainly explain the less than new look of one Burntrap. Another line that might confirm my theory, is that we know by now Freddy is Michael, and it was Michael who went to Bonnie Bowl, and claims he misses him. This is a little bizarre of Michael to just MISS some random glam rock animatronic. But what if this Bonnie was sort of Michael saying he misses the way William used to be, before his depressant rampage. Of course, it could be Freddy himself saying he misses his oldest, best friend, but this is relatively opportune, and I don't believe that Steel Wool would miss this one.
I see many ppl in the fandom are questioning why Vanny's hack didn't affect Sundrop, but affected Moondrop. Here's my theory. When Gregory tells Freddy that the animatronics are trying to do him harm, it astounds him. Freddy tells Gregory that the animatronics are "not programmed to harm guests". This safety programming was obviously put into all the animatronics to avoid disaster. However, I think that this programming was done extra carefully on Sundrop, seeing as he's super close contact with guests. Sundrop, therefore, knows he is hacked, which is why he desperately tries to keep Gregory from shutting the lights off and is so quick to ban him from the daycare after he does so. Moondrop has much less contact with kids, he just kind of makes sure they sleep. So that programming wasn't installed as carefully in him. The virus may not have been able to break into Sun, but got to Moon.
Have you seen what Freddy says after he's taken to the endoskeletons? He's questioning his existence even implying that he might not be the first Glamrock Freddy.

I think Bonnie could’ve been taken apart and had his parts used to repair Scrap/Springtrap’s original body which is why Burntrap looks almost like a mix of new and old parts. Because, why would Springtrap need a charging station if he wasn’t a robot like the others. Sure, Spring Bonnie was still an animatronic but, we don’t know for sure if they charged like the new ones do. Idk
I think this theory makes sense as well given the damage that likely had a effect of being burned up for springrtrap. If they would need replacement parts who better to salvage them from then another bunny animatronic. Electronics hate extreme heat so a number of springtraps components could of been damaged. Was also what i gathered theory wise given the data that makes sense it would prove difficult for Vanny to get springtrap parts without raising questions.
That's why the game needs a story DLC. One where we control Bonnie and we find out what really happened. Bonnie is my favorite character and I really wanted him to appear in this game.
Bonnie's design seems to be shown on the bowling sign. Another thing that could explain Bonnie wandering around against his programming could be that he is possessed. Children are going missing so it is a small chance that one decided to try to possess an animatronic but was caught and demolished by Vanny.
I want to know about this staff meeting everyone was talking about in the logs. It seemed ominous. I was half expecting to find a room or hall filled with dead bodies that had been gassed or poisoned.

That is to put it mildly an extremely odd time to have a meeting and would be guaranteed to seriously piss off your employees, so people are wondering what the heck is up with that.
I really like how you didn't blame it all on Monty like everyone else. There could be a deeper reason why Bonnie went missing and I really like the idea you came up with. It is different and something I haven't heard of before.
I think this theory makes sense, but I'd also add that I can see a slightly darker addition to it. The fire did significant damage to the Springtrap suit, possibly making it impossible to control or come back in that current state. The new form even shows hints of repairs done to the exoskeleton. Wouldn't be too hard to take parts from another bunny animatronic to replace them. Use Bonnie as a test for control, lure them to the old site, and scrap the bunny for parts to rebuild. That's why he was found destroyed beyond repair. The animatronics ingame do wither, but it doesn't seem to affect movement or functionality enough to warrant a complete decommission. exactly, and if he wasn't repaired then how would you explain that he can use the charging chamber? an old animatronic wouldn't be able to use it unless they were to have the new animatronics parts
Yknow… I never thought about this until recently but in a way, this signifies Scott’s retirement in a way. Bonnie was his favorite animatronic out of all of the core four. Seeing that he was removed from the game coupled with Scott’s retirement before he could see the game through seemed to me that it could symbolize a core character being removed (albeit probably not for long) from the game. References can be made about him, but as of rn, he’s outright gone.
To expand on the "Bonnie was infected first" theory and combine it with "Monty killed Bonnie", it's possible that Monty somehow found out that Bonnie was infected and, being Monty, destroyed Bonnie thinking he was protecting himself and the other animatronics from Glitchtrap, not realizing that the entire system was already being infected. Monty attacking Bonnie was never about jealousy or wanting fame, it was an act of defense and self-preservation.
This makes a lot of sense but it could have been vanny tho. She could have dicomissioned him to get parts for burntrap cuz she is controlled by glitchtrap. This is proven by burntrap having parts that look like bonnie's

This makes a lot of sense maybe monty detected a problem in bonnie’s programming and because of that he automatically had to get rid of the problem which can possibly be the reason he killed bonnie because his program thought that bonnie was the virus

I'm so thrilled that someone else saw this as a possibility, too. The original "theory" was that Monty destroyed Bonnie out of jealousy and wanting to be more popular, also cause he's the most violent of the 3 animatronics in the game. However, it doesn't really make sense as there are a few things that don't line up. 1, this happened after-hours, so all of the animatronics would be in their rooms on lock-down. 2, Freddy shows affection for and says he cares about all his friends, including Monty, and says that they aren't acting like themselves lately, and normally would never hurt anyone. Finally, 3, we've pretty much established that in a rough time-line, Bonnie being decommissioned happened quite some time ago, before things really got bad at the Pizzaplex, as nearly all of Bonnie's imagery in the facility is gone save for Bonnie Bowl, and also that the Glitchtrap virus (which causes massive personality shifts and violent tendencies) was deployed into the 4 main Animatronics recently based on Freddy's dialogue. In conclusion, I 100% agree with the theory that Bonnie was an end-stage Beta test for the Glitchtrap virus.
I think Afton sent Bonnie into Monty's Gator Golf to frame Monty for Bonnie's decommissioning, since he's known to be very violent, and Afton knew about the withering effect of the virus from the staff bots from the beta testing. Perfect way to cover it up by using Monty's violent tendencies and wild temper as a scapegoat
@DeZN-AlanDO Do the Glamrocks are different than the animatronics we've seen previously in the series, though. Freddy (the only one not fully infected) does have emotions, like when he worries for Gregory's safety or about the other Glamrocks after each upgrade, anger when confronting Vanny, or just sorrow when he reminisces about Bonnie after he was decommissioned.
To bring that to a further point. They needed Bonnie out of the picture so that the animatronics would be programmed to not be able to see a rabbit animatronic, which would be a good way to not let kids know what happened to Bonnie. So that’s could be why Freddy doesn’t see Vanny. Bonnie’s no longer in his system and they don’t have another rabbit animatronic so Vanny could easily run around if Bonnie was axed. I think that’s why Freddy doesn’t say his name, it’s no longer in his database to avoid whistleblowing about Bonnie to guests.
I find it interesting how Afton always portrays himself as a rabbit when could simply have killed people as Venassa. Makes me think it could be linked to why he got rid of bonnie
This is a genius theory and incredibly satisfying from a story perspective. It gives Bonnie more of a purpose than just being an animatronic who was destroyed by a jealous Monty, making him important to the game's story as a whole instead of just being relevant to Monty's character, and ties HW and SB together once again. You can always put the two stories together. Monty destroyed Bonnie to take his place and Vanny/Glitchtrap took advantage of this to ‘recycle’ the rabbit aimatronic. I kimd of liked the idea that Monty destroyed Bonnie because it gives him more than just the ‘always angry’ vibe he gives.

The design of his Golf Course scream that he wants Freddy out of the group and wants his place, with Freddy being either isolated or even outright absent and Monty filling his spot. Plus in one of the ending he ended up taking the role of lead singer after Freddy leaves the Pizzeria.
Maybe Monty realized something was wrong with Bonnie? If Monty learned of the Glitchtrap virus infecting Bonnie's endo, he might have destroyed Bonnie as a means of trying to protect himself and the other animatronics.

this is easily the best theory for bonnies absence ive heard yet, and having a bit more explanation for what vanny and william are doing has honestly made me enjoy the story a bit more. the killer monty theory never really held up much to me, theres cameras all over the place, if bonnie could be spotted moving, surely monty would have been caught in the act aswell?
I think the reason Monty has anger issues is because he’s stuck in the shadow of Freddy and Bonnie. That would explain why he trashes his room when things don’t go his way/a show gets messed up.

There is a chance that Bonnie may have resisted the glitchtrap virus like freddie, becoming more sentient and went exploring to find the source (most of the attraction areas are designed around the animatronics personality). When he went into monty golf, Glitchtrap used Monty to decommission him to prevent it from finding out anything and dumping the head case to the blob (monty had gotten a lot more violent)
It's possible Monty never meant to destroy Bonnie, however u never know maybe there was something wrong with Bonnie and maybe he tried to attack Monty first and Monty faught back out of defence. This is only a theory, I don't think Monty actually destroyed Bonnie I don't know what was going on in Monty Golf NONE of us know yet we'll have to wait until the dlc comes.

It also explains the beginning cutscene in a new way. It wasn’t Freddy detecting Gregory inside him and malfunctioning, it was Afton finally making his move and sending the Glitchtrap Virus system wide. But when it came into contact with Freddy, Michael’s soul “fought back” so to speak, causing the physical electronics to malfunction.
@@CCaster2000 mmm, I’d don’t think so, if this is the case, I think the timing of the malfunction was a coincidence. His goal was to discreetly collect enough remnant to revive himself, so I doubt he’d risk that by straight up assaulting the public.
My opinion on the initial failure of freddy is that afton tried to release his virus but it wasn't successful on freddy, when he was rebooted into "safe mode" he was disconnected from the main framework that all other robots are connected to, that's the reason he does not attack Gregory, because aftons virus had not infected him and since he was programmed to be nice, kind and gentle he wanted to help Gregory. I do not really like the idea about freddy being Micheal or Gregory being crying child, that seems a little far fetched, even for fnaf

When Freddy said that he missed Bonnie, that made me sad. I hope this puts everything to rest because I'm over kids giving Monty and his fans shit for no reason. Besides, Bonnie was the most aggressive one but people forget that or just are really new
I personally think that “bonnie not following protocol” isn’t right because chica walks out her room at night to go eat garbage bonnie just wonders around so why would he be decommissioned for that if chica does the same thing?
Bonnie should be in a DLC, or a Freeplay mode. There should be a Freeplay mode, which you unlock after choosing to stay. There’s more secrets, you can fight all the bosses again, and yes, you can go into the Daycare, but Sun’s way more aggressive. So yeah, new characters, like Bonnie, and maybe Pirate Foxy? Foxy, but with his classic Pirate outfit.

Everyone talks about how Monty wanted to take over and is violent and all that, which I agree is all shown in the game...but what if that's the virus' doing? We keep talking about Monty and Roxie's issues being put into their AI programming...but what if they weren't? My new theory is that the flaws in their personalities is due to the virus, since it was introduced to the system so early on in the set up of the pizzaplex (at least from what I can gather). So Monty's obsession with taking Freddie's place and his violence could be a result of Afton's meddling and poor Bonnie was the victim of it (probably orchestrated by Afton). I genuinely think they were all supposed to act more like Freddie does (but clearly with less human emotion that we see from him likely due to the virus and his resistance to it, i'm not FULLY on board with Freddie being possessed by Michael but that would make sense and I could see Bonnie holding another soul), but Afton's virus changed them and their behavior, possible putting some of his own worst traits into them (anger/aggression, self doubt/loathing likely from being the cause of two of his children's deaths, and the mindless need to feed given how he's always latching onto others for power and such). Also, for Bonnie's wandering, I do agree it could have been Afton testing, and that he was destroyed for parts. So over all I don't think it was Monty's direct fault, but that he was used as the murder weapon so to speak for Bonnie. I do also think there's a chance Bonnie was also more resistant to the virus like Freddie is shown to be. It would make sense given they're the two original characters and are the closest to each other.
I'm not sure honestly, as it's and idea I had pretty recently. It could be an unforseen response to the virus mixing with the existing AI, possibly twisting their personality traits. It could be that Afton wanted the virus to be able to hide so made it latch on to what their AI is and again mess with it to help make them more violent and hostile when he needs them to be. Also why would they INTENTIONALLY program AI meant to be around small children to be violent with anger issues and an obsession with taking Freddie's spot (monty) and a bully with self esteem issues (roxie)? Or with the daycare attendants, why would they make them terrify children and harm them at night instead of say, safely guiding them to security or something? That's part of why I think the virus is having an effect on the AI and that it was in fact in the systems from the beginning, or at least very early on.
I feel like this time around there was a lot more attention paid to the types of animals the animatronics are. we see Freddy very much any type of "Mama bear", chica quite literally behaves like an idiot ochicken with its head cut off wandering around aimlessly eating garbage, half the time she looks like she's sleepwalking( I'm somewhat annoyed it's never really explained or focused on ) however the characters portrayed as a wolf and an alligator are the most aggressive by far. that alone makes me feel like Monte could have attacked Bonnie not even if it means popularity but simply territorial protection aggression because Bonnie wandered into "his place". especially considering that he monitors every night goes 100 who plays from those catwalks above like a natural predator would. this is also displayed in the way that she could behave after losing her beak compared to the way Roxie and Monty behave after their parts are stolen. chica remains Justice aimless and noncommittal where is Foxy and Monty ( and honestly kind of surprising that he's still trying to attack you all things considered, he's full-on black knight Monty Python "it's just a scratch" by this point ) are angrier and more aggressive after they've been harmed once again at like a wounded predator. so I don't think it's fair to say that Monty attacked Bonnie out of jealousy or immune to become more popular, I think it's much more likely that Monty attacked Bonnie as a predator protecting his den from an interloper, an interloper who was also modeled after a very very obvious pray type of animal. realistically speaking a rabbit isnt going to last long wandering into an alligator's Den... I'm actually a little surprised there aren't more jokes about a fox or a wolf wandering into a hen house.

Once the bugs' wills were overwritten by the Radiance, they resorted to their most basic and cruel selves as a way to survive and better serve their puppet master.

It doesn't say exactly what constitutes 'disturbing'...but Monty getting violently jealous of Freddy, Roxy going from competitive to narcissistic, and Chica going from foodie to dumpster-diving glutton...would certainly fit the bill.
As dark as the FNaF series is, the parts with 'the blob', the hoard of staff bots, and the revival of Springtrap... this seems extra dark. Like, demonic.
William Afton is practically a demon by now. Evil guy dies, goes to hell, crawls his way out, corrupts people and objects to carry out his will and starts messing up stuff in the real world? That's textbook demonic activity right there
Freddy actually also says “No I didn’t… We don’t have a rabbit here. Not anymore…” and that’s yet another proof. It kinda surprised me you missed that proof.
I feel like it was Monty who broke Bonnie, and Vanny took most of the pieces to rebuild Afton. I also wondered why Monty was such a good jumper (as seen in his boss battle), which is weird for a gator. Monty has his claws, Roxy has her eyes, Chica has her voice box, and I’m guessing Bonnie was a good jumper. After the accident Monty had with the splash bucket, they gave Bonnie’s legs to Monty.
Monty also wants to become the leader of the gang that is why we see glam rock freddy In the garbage but I agree with this theory wish they would add more evidence for Bonnie tho
To me the part where Vanny takes Bonnie's pieces to fix Afton wouldn't make sense, why not just go for any of the unused endoskeletons near parts & surface and go after a popular animatronic that people would notice has gone missing.
Out of all the characters I'd like to see with a Glamrock Form, it's Ballora. She could have a lady gaga style outfit. Maybe she could have a run way with her own stage show.
I would say Madonna might fit with Ballora style the best (for me) and if Baby has a glamrock form too, she could have maybe Gwen or Britney looks (BASICALLY ALL FUNTIME CHARACTERS WOULD SLAY GLAMROCK LOOKS)
Speaking of the puppet. I did notice that there is puppet plush in the game but no puppet animatronic. (Just find that curious) I also wonder what happened to foxy… and wish he had appeared in the game.
I always thought that afton used Bonnie's body to bring himself back hence why he went missing, from what I've see in the books afton pretty much gave up on his humanity and accepted what he had become to the point that he even preferred it
My personal Theory: William first infected Bonnie. We know that the rabbit animatronics are Afton´s signature, and therefore we can conclude he would be more used to moving around on his animatronic, over the other 4. Afton would move around the pizza plex, either exploring or targeting specific areas with computers to infect. When entering the bowling, Monty saw him move around but also noticed something was wrong with Bonnie, leading to some sort of program glitch that had Monty break him apart. This lead Afton to try and possess Vannessa, as the animatronics shouldnt hurt the security guard by their programming. After doing so, he possessed all the other animatronics. This pretty much sums up my theory.
but, it should make more sense that chica herself should be first infected, that or the puppet, they both were the first after all, even with the bonnie animatronic signature, i think it should make more sense for the killer to have a connection to their first victims, and even their closest victims, such as the vengeful evan and charlie becoming the puppet
Dumb theory, why would Afton need Bonnie when he has Vanny with more access to the security. Probably just Vanny hacked Bonnie and disassembled him to use for burntrap

@@vixster6977 1- There's no puppet on the Pizzplex 2-Bonnie is both Afton's and Scott's favourite animatronic, not to say the most lore-filled. One could also think Afton did it on purpose to get partial parts for his new scrap suit.

I still like to believe Bonnie was in the same shoes as Freddy. He was more friendly and tried to help a child escape only to fail in the process and be disassembled/infected to decay, his spare parts used to build Monty (hence Monty's Purple feet, eyes, and hands)
It's not coincidental that Bonnie isn't around or his presence is scaled back in games where a member of or someone working with the Afton family is the main center point. He's not around in Fnaf 3, Sister Location (I don't count Freddy's puppet as a full Bonnie but as Freddy's accessory), and now Security Breach. Help Wanted being a special case because its basically a VR collection of all prior events. Edits: Fnaf 4 and UCN you are an Afton and therefore are special cases. Also you can buy Bonnie in Pizzeria Sim but he doesn't attack you and is just decoration for your pizzeria.

I don't think that was intentional on the developers part, but it IS interesting that anytime the story puts a focus on the afton family, bonny is always noticeably sidelined. It makes it even more interesting when you remember that Afton was turned into springtrap and that he apparently did all his misdeads dressed as a rabbit
I too believe Bonnie was the first to be corrupted by Afton. And since he went to Monty Golf, it is possible that whatever happened in there that night lead to both Bonnie and Monty being badly damaged.Bonnie being survearliy worse due to his said corruption. Resulting in his later decommissioning. However, I speculate that Monty also became corrupted with the virus that night. Because, I highly doubt his high level of aggression was originally part of his programing. And let's not forget that insane jumping abillity he has. That had to originally come from Bonnie.
One additional theory that I have is that Bonnie’s endoskeleton and basic outer shell is used to create glitchtrap’s new body in the secret ending. Personally I think it makes sense since it would explain where glitchtrap got a bunny body when the old one supposedly burned and why we don’t see a decommissioned Bonnie (excluding the amalgamation) I have no idea if this is right and it dosent really matter but I wanted to put the idea out there
My Personal Theory: Monty was always a side character, and felt that he would never be anything more than that. Bonnie saw this, and being the kind animatronic he was, went to Monty golf where Monty was stationed to hang out with him/become friends. They walked on the catwalks together, but the bucket fell onto Bonnie shattering him, and he was decommissioned and scrapped. That is why Monty often is seen on the catwalks in the messages you get from collecting bags, as he goes there to remember his one and only friend.

Another theory: in all the games Bonnie has been the most aggressive, I think he even ate a cat, not to mention wouldn't Monty be decommissioned for being too aggressive and Bonnie be rebuilt? So what if he attacked Monty first and then Monty fought back, both being badly damaged but Monty being the victor? Not to mention that Monty was made for MONTYS GOLF, not for the stage, so why would he want to be the bass? Monty walking in the cadalacs could be him missing his golf and him destroying his room could be him being mad because he was taken away from his home The level with freddy in the trash could simple be Monty realizing that he had to make the best of a bad situation and since freddy was the next strongest person he started to resent freddy, idk though Another theory I have is that Monty was just really angry and didn't MEAN to destroy Bonnie, but the bunny was in the way and so he accidentally destroyed him, or Maybe Bonnie was under the hole in one and someone got a hole in one and killed him I definitely think that Glitchtrap and Vanny totally had something to do with it, weather that be making Bonnie go into Montys golf and making Monty mad, so that'd Bonnie would be destroyed and they could use his parts, only his legs being left and then being use on monty Edit: combined theory; bonnie, being super aggressive, hated that Monty was becoming popular, while it didn't really bother him since he was infected with Glitchtrap it made it MUCH worse so bonnie feeling super angry due to the virus decided to destroy Monty, Monty was heavily damaged but still fought back, eventually getting Bonnie under the hole in one, a kid got a hole in one and the bucket came down, destroying bonnie. Monty was then used to replace bonnie against his will, but being a robot they didn't care, he started to become angry and resentful towards the bunny for making him have to do this, he started to wonder around his golf course instead of being at the shows, eventually suffering the same fate as bonnie except.... while,e vanny did take a lot of bonnjes parts she left his legs, which Monty was now given. Monty decided to make the best of a bad situation, since freddy was best friends with Bonnie Monty became more hateful towards him, having fantasies of freddy being thrown away, he also started to destroy his room in frustration and anger.
this is awesome proof that monty wouldn't have destroyed bonnie. We know FNAF lore by now, it's never that simple - there's always something to read between the lines. Also, if Monty had indeed taken down bonnie he would also have been dismantled for his violent behaviour. Freddy mentions to Gregory in-game that the animatronics are programmed against doing others harm. Anyone else think Roxy was meant to be a new Foxy? I mean she is the fastest and Foxy was the only one of the original group who could run. Not to mention foxes and wolves are both canines. I think Foxy was replaced because according to phone guy he was always the animatronic prone to malfunction and break down
I thought so too because of the similarity in their name, design and capabilities. I don't know if she's a replacement or an addition to the Foxy animatronics for that location as you can find the original Foxy character in cardboard cutouts and other artwork in the pizzaplex
A DLC for Bonnie's story in SB would be amazing. I agree with your analysis, aside from still being unsure if they even found Bonnie at all or just labeled him as "out of commission" but you make a good point when it comes to the wording. When it shows Afton walking in that secret ending, it focuses on the feet at first in which one does look like a Bonnie foot, but idk if that's just the suit he was already in. I do feel like they used Bonnies parts for Afton. The glitch was already infecting the animatronics before Gregory showed up since Freddy mentions being forced to help clear the way to the old pizzeria, so we know they've been brought down there before
I actually brought this theory up to my roommate to what happened to Bonnie. That he was used as a test subject for Afton or Vanny to gain control over the animatronics with the glitch virus. I also thought since it’s theorized that Gregory is living in the Pizza Plex, given one of the rooms we find the Balloon Boy arcade game is made for someone other then Vanny. Gregory might have used Bonnie to hide from Vanessa and explore the Pizza Plex undetected just like he uses Freddy to move about and find a way to escape. Bonnie might have helped Gregory before Freddy did and was used to go to certain area’s before he was found out and probably decommissioned. But that theory seems more like a stretch to be honest.
@@charliepuppy. yeah maybe, but he did seem to dodge his replies to Freddy when he dismantled all of his other friends just to give him those upgrades. So when Freddy mentioned he missed Bonnie, Gregory didn’t want to say anything to him considering how hurt he sounded.
Bonnie is my favorite animatronic, so I was pretty bummed when I found out he wasn’t really in the game. Wonder if this will get expanded upon one day.
Just a thought from a wiki article about Monty, it is possible that he was the reason Bonnie was destroyed. Two images suggest that Monty hates the thought of being a background character, kind of similar to Roxy with her narcissistic personality, except Monty wants to go further and eliminate key figures in his way. The first image is the final level of the Monty Golf minigame where Monty, Roxy, and Chica are rocking onstage, Monty taking center stage, with Freddy found half buried in the trash. The other image is when Freddy escapes with Gregory, a newspaper reads "New face of Fazbear" with Monty taking center stage again. Monty wants to be #1 and he likely saw Bonnie as well as Freddy as competition, so accidents may have to happen for Monty to move up.
When freddy escapes with gregory, monty probably became number 1 cause the people that run the place kinda need someone to fill freddys place. Best choice was probably monty.
The ending where Monty becomes the new face of Fazbear seems odd to me. I mean yes it would cost a lot to rebuild Freddy but the name 'Fazbear' wouldn't make sense with Monty. Freddy is like the foundation of the franchise. So why does Freddy get replaced? It just makes no sense to me. Or do I just don't understand how businesses work? Can someone please explain it to me
See more likely theory is that Bonnie was originally supposed to be in the game, but was cut from the game for unknown reasons. So instead of telling of telling the players that Bonnie was cut from the game, the devs put these subtle clues explaining what happened to Bonnie while creating this backstory.

Bonnie wasn't present for all of the prerelease stuff for Security Breach. I dont think he was cut, I think the original intention was that Bonnie is missing.

Monty could've attacked Bonnie cus he detected the virus; their security programming causes them to behave violently when detecting unauthorised/unrecognised presence
While there's a lot of good connections made in this video, it seems that other employee notes actually clear up the story nicely. There are actually more notes related to Monty's "mix"- his food made him more aggressive. Chica's personality chip regularly misfunctions, causing her to eat things she shouldn't be. Later on, we do get notes pertaining to her eating some of Monty's mix, and leaving it in Bonnie's room. Bonnie, now uncharacteristically angry due to getting into the mix, walked into Monty's room and put up a fight, leading to Monty breaking his outer shell.
This makes WAY more sense. I find it hard to believe that Monty "killed" Glamrock Bonnie despite the fact that Freddy clearly tells Gregory they would never harm anyone or anything, as it goes against their programming.

Its official why Bonnie was killed by Monty. Both Bonnie and Monty had feelings for Roxy but Monty didn't like that and wanted to make sure she was his, so ended up killing Bonnie and he was also rejected by Roxy which is why he's really violent.
This was a REALLY well put together theory video. And especially after coming back from Ruin, bro... you're amazing. I REALLY think you're on the right track, if not right on top of it. It makes so much sense. The question, or at least one of them, is if Bonnie was infected first, did Monty try to "save him" by destroying him? Or potentially, did Bonnie "come back" as M.X.E.S. himself, as a sort of anti-virus software. His eyes are still on, so that's what is making me question that. It would again, make sense.
I find it interesting that they don't just make new Endos/Chassis. We know they have spare Endos, so what makes the shells so important? They made up an entirely new design after Bonny broke and, in the runaway ending, we see that they replaced the very animatronic the company is named after with an entirely different animatronic. Maybe they'll leave clues to that in the next game?
And In the runaway ending everyone seemed to been fixed even though all of them having serious damage done to the endo and shell, no matter how bad bonnie was damaged I dont think he could’ve gotten worst then all three ESPECIALLY monty

I also think when Freddy says "There is no bunny at the Pizzaplex.... Not anymore" right after Gregory sees Vanny that he is referring to Bonnie. This could also suggest more on how the animatronics can't see Vanny.
but in one of the endings freddy see's vanny while on top of the building because of roxy's eyes and pushes her off falling with her. So wouldnt roxy be able to see her? I dont see what that would do tho since shes hacked and could probably see her anyway

My theory goes like this: like your theory Bonnie was the first member of the band to be infected, however there is a cut bowling mini game as well as several result screens, and in these screens Bonnie is pretty sadistic, so the reason Bonnie was moving around was because after he was infected, he was tasked to choose three different locations: the east side of the atrium, one random location, and one of the main attractions. The next day, Bonnie would go on a *massacre* killing all children in those locations, but when he headed towards the main attraction he chose (Monty’s gater golf) and proceeded to kill the victims, Monty was there and once he was seeing what Bonnie was doing, he was shocked, an incident like this hasn’t happened before. And so, with no proper solution to this problem, *he did what he does best…*

I think something EVERY UA-camr overlooks is that Afton is somehow wearing a Bonnie head when all the others burned up so I think that Vanny made her bots rip apart Bonnie so they can use his parts to make a new spring trap.

I think Foxy would've had a different area and not the raceway. I think Foxy's area would've been Kids Cove since it has an ocean theme to it and also it has a treasure chest with gold inside, something a pirate fox would like. And Foxy is known for having a cove. FNaF 1 there was pirate cove so why not have a different cove for Foxy

This is a theory I considered as well, but as most theories where "oh, clearly Monty did it!" spent more time focusing on that and thinking about that over this theory because this one is straight forward and makes more sense than the Monty killed Bonny one everyone has been on about.
What if vanny used Bonnie for parts to make William a new body or to repair him cause after living like 3 fires at this point he gonna be a upgrade to help him move and William whole thing is rabbits so ofc he wanna keep on brand (Also there might be more Fazbear locations than we think cause Bonnie existed even when Monty for Monty golf existed so maybe they used Monty from a old location and revamp him after Bonnie was scraped)

Wow, that honestly does make a lot of sense & shines a good point as to why the animatronics appeared to be withering over time. That always stuck out to me & bugged me when it's not addressed or explained.
This theory is pretty good in terms of lore, but I have my own theory and opinion on not just why Bonnie isn't in the game, but also why our favourite red fox isn't in the game either. My theory is that way way way before the events of the game, the main band was as follows, Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. At some point in time, Roxy Raceway, Monty Golf, Bonnie Bowl, and the Foxy Attraction which I don't think has a name, are built in the PizzaPlex, in these 4 attractions, where there star animatronics stayed, Roxanne Wolf and Montgomery Gator were built and put in their respective attractions, while Bonnie was put in Bonnie Bowl and Foxy in his attraction, at some point later, Something happens in Foxy's place that causes it to be banned and Foxy to be put out of commission, with Roxy taking his place in the Band, at this point the band is now Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Roxanna. Later, the whole situation with Bonnie shows up and Monty takes Bonnie's place in the band. But that's just my own personal theory on Foxy and Bonnie.

This makes a lot of sense. I was wondering why Bonnie has his own bowling alley in the game, yet never physically appears like Rockstar Freddy, Glamrock Chica, Montgomery Gator and Roxanne Wolf in Security Beach.
I've got a feeling that Bonnie's story isn't done and that it might be important to the plot. but for now all we know is that Bonnie went against protocol for a currently unknown reason, was "decommissioned" in gator golf, and had a lasting impression on the people and anamtronics of the pizzaplex.
Seeing how sentient the animatronics are in game through the dialogues and moments, this theory kinda makes me nervous on what Bonnie went through before he was deemed “out of commission” because in Freddy and Roxy, we see that they have emotions and are capable of caring for each other also becoming friends with other animatronics and humans. So, if he was used as a test subject in a way, which he would had to remain activated for, to see the affects of the influence. He probably (or most definitely) been tortured “psychologically” through out those experiments of William Afton. We don’t know what his personality or behavior is like, but it had to be something good and maybe similar to Freddy’s. I get that it’s just a game and this is just speculation, but still. You have to think about, is this what may have happened to Bonnie? Was He just disassembled by the helper bots? Or did something else happened?
what if Afton used Monty. He made him become more popular than Bonnie by making him "out of commission". Maybe he couldn't manipulate Bonnie for some reason, so the only way for Afton to control the whole Pizzaplex was to use Monty.
I think that bonnie had some mystery mix which made him aggressive so he went to monty golf and attacked monty so monty attacked him we know this because it says we put all mystery mix in behind Bonny bowl which made chica aggressive as well
I’ve heard that Monty IS/WAS Bonnie. Theoretically, he fell from the catwalks in Monty Golf and broke. The company rebuilt him (given their history in salvaging and he animatronics), redid his room, and reprogrammed him. His old programming probably conflicts with Monty’s new programming, causing his erratic and violent behavior, leading him to trashing his room and the Pizzaplex. That made it easier for the Glitchtrap virus to infect him.
Here's the problem though. Monty Golf already existed when Glamrock Bonnie did. Which means Montgomery Gator already existed too. Monty was on his own like the Daycare Attendant and DJ Music Man. When Glam Bonnie was decommissioned, Monty replaced him within the band, took over his instrument and room, and got a claw upgrade. There's even a stage in Monty Golf and the February trailer showed that Monty's hologram was gonna be there. And there's the Monty Mini-Golf minigame where it shows the Monty Golf stage again.
I always thought it was suspicious that Bonnie didn’t show up. Especially because Scott had mentioned in an interview that Bonnie was his favorite. As we have all learned in these games, there is no coincidences. Everything has a meaning and a main character missing has to be important.

Honestly, the “I Miss Him” bit just made me sad, cause that means Freddy is able to miss people. The other three don’t seem to show affection, but Freddy does, even remembering his lost friend, not just programming. It’s so sad, but also shows how much Freddy cares about his friends. I just wonder if Bonnie was like Freddy, before Afton infected it. Caring about children, and his friends, before he was slowly warped, eaten away, by the virus. Edit: Chica does show concern for Freddy, checking on him and stuff, as someone told me (thx for the correction), and the other two have obvious personalities. I wish we could’ve seen their personalities more often and more directly before they got taken over, like we do with Freddy.

This definitely makes a lot more sense than “Monty decommissioned Bonnie because popularity,” and it ties in very neatly with FNAF lore. It wouldn’t make sense for Monty to do that because HE would be decommissioned for being too aggressive. And if he wanted to destroy animatronics to be more popular, it would make more sense if he were to target Freddy since he’s the head of the band.
I think Bonnie being used to Vanny and Glitchtrap is a very good way to tie in the story of Help Wanted and Security Breach together. It also is a little funny: Springtrap took Bonnie’s place in FNAF3, and he technically did it again with Security Breach

i agree that monty would be decommissioned if he attacked bonnie and so what ive like assumed/put together is that bonmie was possessed by the glitchtrap virus and went to gator golf after hours and for whatever reason monty wasnt in his room and bonnie attacked him and then as a result got decommissioned as not only would he have been in control by the virus he has a history of being one of the more aggressive animatronics apparently

Well, Monty’s goal was total popularity, so yes his next target was Freddy Fazbear.
I actually think that Bonnie is SUPER important to the franchize. I mean, it was Bonnie that gave Scott nightmares, it was Bonnie's springlock suit that William hid in to kill the children, there's Shadow Bonnie we play as in the minigames in the third location. He's SUPER SUPER important. But why would they take Bonnie off the stage in Security Breach. I feel like it's either protecting Scott's sensitivity, or disrespecting it. But either way, Bonnie is super super important. I can't stress this enough.
So, my theory is that they made this...Glamrock Bonnie...if not part of the jumble of Burntrap, he is Burntrap. Now, the soul returns to the body, which we learn in the Silver Eyes trilogy, but William's body was sort of burned, and the Spring Bonnie animatronic with him. So, maybe Vanny tried to collect his remains, and piece them back together, but he's literally burned to a crisp, now. He would have needed a new animatronic shell.
So, when his signature glam rock animatronic was broken beyond recognition, it would certainly explain the less than new look of one Burntrap.
Another line that might confirm my theory, is that we know by now Freddy is Michael, and it was Michael who went to Bonnie Bowl, and claims he misses him. This is a little bizarre of Michael to just MISS some random glam rock animatronic. But what if this Bonnie was sort of Michael saying he misses the way William used to be, before his depressant rampage. Of course, it could be Freddy himself saying he misses his oldest, best friend, but this is relatively opportune, and I don't believe that Steel Wool would miss this one.
I see many ppl in the fandom are questioning why Vanny's hack didn't affect Sundrop, but affected Moondrop. Here's my theory. When Gregory tells Freddy that the animatronics are trying to do him harm, it astounds him. Freddy tells Gregory that the animatronics are "not programmed to harm guests". This safety programming was obviously put into all the animatronics to avoid disaster. However, I think that this programming was done extra carefully on Sundrop, seeing as he's super close contact with guests. Sundrop, therefore, knows he is hacked, which is why he desperately tries to keep Gregory from shutting the lights off and is so quick to ban him from the daycare after he does so. Moondrop has much less contact with kids, he just kind of makes sure they sleep. So that programming wasn't installed as carefully in him. The virus may not have been able to break into Sun, but got to Moon.

I think Bonnie could’ve been taken apart and had his parts used to repair Scrap/Springtrap’s original body which is why Burntrap looks almost like a mix of new and old parts. Because, why would Springtrap need a charging station if he wasn’t a robot like the others. Sure, Spring Bonnie was still an animatronic but, we don’t know for sure if they charged like the new ones do. Idk

I think this theory makes sense as well given the damage that likely had a effect of being burned up for springrtrap. If they would need replacement parts who better to salvage them from then another bunny animatronic. Electronics hate extreme heat so a number of springtraps components could of been damaged. Was also what i gathered theory wise given the data that makes sense it would prove difficult for Vanny to get springtrap parts without raising questions.

Bonnie's design seems to be shown on the bowling sign. Another thing that could explain Bonnie wandering around against his programming could be that he is possessed. Children are going missing so it is a small chance that one decided to try to possess an animatronic but was caught and demolished by Vanny.
I want to know about this staff meeting everyone was talking about in the logs. It seemed ominous. I was half expecting to find a room or hall filled with dead bodies that had been gassed or poisoned.

I think this theory makes sense, but I'd also add that I can see a slightly darker addition to it. The fire did significant damage to the Springtrap suit, possibly making it impossible to control or come back in that current state. The new form even shows hints of repairs done to the exoskeleton. Wouldn't be too hard to take parts from another bunny animatronic to replace them. Use Bonnie as a test for control, lure them to the old site, and scrap the bunny for parts to rebuild. That's why he was found destroyed beyond repair. The animatronics ingame do wither, but it doesn't seem to affect movement or functionality enough to warrant a complete decommission. Yknow… I never thought about this until recently but in a way, this signifies Scott’s retirement in a way. Bonnie was his favorite animatronic out of all of the core four. Seeing that he was removed from the game coupled with Scott’s retirement before he could see the game through seemed to me that it could symbolize a core character being removed (albeit probably not for long) from the game. References can be made about him, but as of rn, he’s outright gone.
To expand on the "Bonnie was infected first" theory and combine it with "Monty killed Bonnie", it's possible that Monty somehow found out that Bonnie was infected and, being Monty, destroyed Bonnie thinking he was protecting himself and the other animatronics from Glitchtrap, not realizing that the entire system was already being infected.
Monty attacking Bonnie was never about jealousy or wanting fame, it was an act of defense and self-preservation.

I'm so thrilled that someone else saw this as a possibility, too. The original "theory" was that Monty destroyed Bonnie out of jealousy and wanting to be more popular, also cause he's the most violent of the 3 animatronics in the game. However, it doesn't really make sense as there are a few things that don't line up. 1, this happened after-hours, so all of the animatronics would be in their rooms on lock-down. 2, Freddy shows affection for and says he cares about all his friends, including Monty, and says that they aren't acting like themselves lately, and normally would never hurt anyone. Finally, 3, we've pretty much established that in a rough time-line, Bonnie being decommissioned happened quite some time ago, before things really got bad at the Pizzaplex, as nearly all of Bonnie's imagery in the facility is gone save for Bonnie Bowl, and also that the Glitchtrap virus (which causes massive personality shifts and violent tendencies) was deployed into the 4 main Animatronics recently based on Freddy's dialogue.
In conclusion, I 100% agree with the theory that Bonnie was an end-stage Beta test for the Glitchtrap virus.
I think Afton sent Bonnie into Monty's Gator Golf to frame Monty for Bonnie's decommissioning, since he's known to be very violent, and Afton knew about the withering effect of the virus from the staff bots from the beta testing. Perfect way to cover it up by using Monty's violent tendencies and wild temper as a scapegoat
@DeZN-AlanDO Do the Glamrocks are different than the animatronics we've seen previously in the series, though. Freddy (the only one not fully infected) does have emotions, like when he worries for Gregory's safety or about the other Glamrocks after each upgrade, anger when confronting Vanny, or just sorrow when he reminisces about Bonnie after he was decommissioned.
To bring that to a further point. They needed Bonnie out of the picture so that the animatronics would be programmed to not be able to see a rabbit animatronic, which would be a good way to not let kids know what happened to Bonnie. So that’s could be why Freddy doesn’t see Vanny. Bonnie’s no longer in his system and they don’t have another rabbit animatronic so Vanny could easily run around if Bonnie was axed. I think that’s why Freddy doesn’t say his name, it’s no longer in his database to avoid whistleblowing about Bonnie to guests.

This is a genius theory and incredibly satisfying from a story perspective. It gives Bonnie more of a purpose than just being an animatronic who was destroyed by a jealous Monty, making him important to the game's story as a whole instead of just being relevant to Monty's character, and ties HW and SB together once again. Great work Mike!
You can always put the two stories together. Monty destroyed Bonnie to take his place and Vanny/Glitchtrap took advantage of this to ‘recycle’ the rabbit aimatronic. I kimd of liked the idea that Monty destroyed Bonnie because it gives him more than just the ‘always angry’ vibe he gives.

The design of his Golf Course scream that he wants Freddy out of the group and wants his place, with Freddy being either isolated or even outright absent and Monty filling his spot. Plus in one of the ending he ended up taking the role of lead singer after Freddy leaves the Pizzeria.
Maybe Monty realized something was wrong with Bonnie? If Monty learned of the Glitchtrap virus infecting Bonnie's endo, he might have destroyed Bonnie as a means of trying to protect himself and the other animatronics.

I think the reason Monty has anger issues is because he’s stuck in the shadow of Freddy and Bonnie. That would explain why he trashes his room when things don’t go his way/a show gets messed up.

There is a chance that Bonnie may have resisted the glitchtrap virus like freddie, becoming more sentient and went exploring to find the source (most of the attraction areas are designed around the animatronics personality). When he went into monty golf, Glitchtrap used Monty to decommission him to prevent it from finding out anything and dumping the head case to the blob (monty had gotten a lot more violent)

My opinion on the initial failure of freddy is that afton tried to release his virus but it wasn't successful on freddy, when he was rebooted into "safe mode" he was disconnected from the main framework that all other robots are connected to, that's the reason he does not attack Gregory, because aftons virus had not infected him and since he was programmed to be nice, kind and gentle he wanted to help Gregory.

Bonnie should be in a DLC, or a Freeplay mode. There should be a Freeplay mode, which you unlock after choosing to stay. There’s more secrets, you can fight all the bosses again, and yes, you can go into the Daycare, but Sun’s way more aggressive. So yeah, new characters, like Bonnie, and maybe Pirate Foxy? Foxy, but with his classic Pirate outfit.

Everyone talks about how Monty wanted to take over and is violent and all that, which I agree is all shown in the game...but what if that's the virus' doing? We keep talking about Monty and Roxie's issues being put into their AI programming...but what if they weren't? My new theory is that the flaws in their personalities is due to the virus, since it was introduced to the system so early on in the set up of the pizzaplex (at least from what I can gather). So Monty's obsession with taking Freddie's place and his violence could be a result of Afton's meddling and poor Bonnie was the victim of it (probably orchestrated by Afton).
I genuinely think they were all supposed to act more like Freddie does (but clearly with less human emotion that we see from him likely due to the virus and his resistance to it, i'm not FULLY on board with Freddie being possessed by Michael but that would make sense and I could see Bonnie holding another soul), but Afton's virus changed them and their behavior, possible putting some of his own worst traits into them (anger/aggression, self doubt/loathing likely from being the cause of two of his children's deaths, and the mindless need to feed given how he's always latching onto others for power and such).
Also, for Bonnie's wandering, I do agree it could have been Afton testing, and that he was destroyed for parts. So over all I don't think it was Monty's direct fault, but that he was used as the murder weapon so to speak for Bonnie. I do also think there's a chance Bonnie was also more resistant to the virus like Freddie is shown to be. It would make sense given they're the two original characters and are the closest to each other.
I'm not sure honestly, as it's and idea I had pretty recently.
It could be an unforseen response to the virus mixing with the existing AI, possibly twisting their personality traits.
It could be that Afton wanted the virus to be able to hide so made it latch on to what their AI is and again mess with it to help make them more violent and hostile when he needs them to be.
Also why would they INTENTIONALLY program AI meant to be around small children to be violent with anger issues and an obsession with taking Freddie's spot (monty) and a bully with self esteem issues (roxie)? Or with the daycare attendants, why would they make them terrify children and harm them at night instead of say, safely guiding them to security or something?
That's part of why I think the virus is having an effect on the AI and that it was in fact in the systems from the beginning, or at least very early on.
I feel like this time around there was a lot more attention paid to the types of animals the animatronics are. we see Freddy very much any type of "Mama bear", chica quite literally behaves like an idiot ochicken with its head cut off wandering around aimlessly eating garbage, half the time she looks like she's sleepwalking( I'm somewhat annoyed it's never really explained or focused on ) however the characters portrayed as a wolf and an alligator are the most aggressive by far. that alone makes me feel like Monte could have attacked Bonnie not even if it means popularity but simply territorial protection aggression because Bonnie wandered into "his place". especially considering that he monitors every night goes 100 who plays from those catwalks above like a natural predator would. this is also displayed in the way that she could behave after losing her beak compared to the way Roxie and Monty behave after their parts are stolen. chica remains Justice aimless and noncommittal where is Foxy and Monty ( and honestly kind of surprising that he's still trying to attack you all things considered, he's full-on black knight Monty Python "it's just a scratch" by this point ) are angrier and more aggressive after they've been harmed once again at like a wounded predator. so I don't think it's fair to say that Monty attacked Bonnie out of jealousy or immune to become more popular, I think it's much more likely that Monty attacked Bonnie as a predator protecting his den from an interloper, an interloper who was also modeled after a very very obvious pray type of animal. realistically speaking a rabbit isnt going to last long wandering into an alligator's Den... I'm actually a little surprised there aren't more jokes about a fox or a wolf wandering into a hen house.

I feel like it was Monty who broke Bonnie, and Vanny took most of the pieces to rebuild Afton. I also wondered why Monty was such a good jumper (as seen in his boss battle), which is weird for a gator. Monty has his claws, Roxy has her eyes, Chica has her voice box, and I’m guessing Bonnie was a good jumper. After the accident Monty had with the splash bucket, they gave Bonnie’s legs to Monty.

My personal Theory: William first infected Bonnie. We know that the rabbit animatronics are Afton´s signature, and therefore we can conclude he would be more used to moving around on his animatronic, over the other 4. Afton would move around the pizza plex, either exploring or targeting specific areas with computers to infect. When entering the bowling, Monty saw him move around but also noticed something was wrong with Bonnie, leading to some sort of program glitch that had Monty break him apart. This lead Afton to try and possess Vannessa, as the animatronics shouldnt hurt the security guard by their programming. After doing so, he possessed all the other animatronics.
This pretty much sums up my theory.
but, it should make more sense that chica herself should be first infected, that or the puppet, they both were the first after all, even with the bonnie animatronic signature, i think it should make more sense for the killer to have a connection to their first victims, and even their closest victims, such as the vengeful evan and charlie becoming the puppet

It's not coincidental that Bonnie isn't around or his presence is scaled back in games where a member of or someone working with the Afton family is the main center point. He's not around in Fnaf 3, Sister Location (I don't count Freddy's puppet as a full Bonnie but as Freddy's accessory), and now Security Breach. Help Wanted being a special case because its basically a VR collection of all prior events. Edits: Fnaf 4 and UCN you are an Afton and therefore are special cases. Also you can buy Bonnie in Pizzeria Sim but he doesn't attack you and is just decoration for your pizzeria.

an interesting observstion! I don't think that was intentional on the developers part, but it IS interesting that anytime the story puts a focus on the afton family, bonny is always noticeably sidelined.

I too believe Bonnie was the first to be corrupted by Afton. And since he went to Monty Golf, it is possible that whatever happened in there that night lead to both Bonnie and Monty being badly damaged.Bonnie being survearliy worse due to his said corruption. Resulting in his later decommissioning. However, I speculate that Monty also became corrupted with the virus that night. Because, I highly doubt his high level of aggression was originally part of his programing. And let's not forget that insane jumping abillity he has. That had to originally come from Bonnie.

One additional theory that I have is that Bonnie’s endoskeleton and basic outer shell is used to create glitchtrap’s new body in the secret ending. Personally I think it makes sense since it would explain where glitchtrap got a bunny body when the old one supposedly burned and why we don’t see a decommissioned Bonnie (excluding the amalgamation) I have no idea if this is right and it dosent really matter but I wanted to put the idea out there

My Personal Theory: Monty was always a side character, and felt that he would never be anything more than that. Bonnie saw this, and being the kind animatronic he was, went to Monty golf where Monty was stationed to hang out with him/become friends. They walked on the catwalks together, but the bucket fell onto Bonnie shattering him, and he was decommissioned and scrapped. That is why Monty often is seen on the catwalks in the messages you get from collecting bags, as he goes there to remember his one and only friend.

in all the games Bonnie has been the most aggressive, I think he even ate a cat, not to mention wouldn't Monty be decommissioned for being too aggressive and Bonnie be rebuilt? So what if he attacked Monty first and then Monty fought back, both being badly damaged but Monty being the victor?
Not to mention that Monty was made for MONTYS GOLF, not for the stage, so why would he want to be the bass?
Monty walking in the cadalacs could be him missing his golf and him destroying his room could be him being mad because he was taken away from his home
The level with freddy in the trash could simple be Monty realizing that he had to make the best of a bad situation and since freddy was the next strongest person he started to resent freddy, idk though
Another theory I have is that Monty was just really angry and didn't MEAN to destroy Bonnie, but the bunny was in the way and so he accidentally destroyed him, or Maybe Bonnie was under the hole in one and someone got a hole in one and killed him
I definitely think that Glitchtrap and Vanny totally had something to do with it, weather that be making Bonnie go into Montys golf and making Monty mad, so that'd Bonnie would be destroyed and they could use his parts, only his legs being left and then being use on monty
Edit: combined theory; bonnie, being super aggressive, hated that Monty was becoming popular, while it didn't really bother him since he was infected with Glitchtrap it made it MUCH worse so bonnie feeling super angry due to the virus decided to destroy Monty, Monty was heavily damaged but still fought back, eventually getting Bonnie under the hole in one, a kid got a hole in one and the bucket came down, destroying bonnie.
Monty was then used to replace bonnie against his will, but being a robot they didn't care, he started to become angry and resentful towards the bunny for making him have to do this, he started to wonder around his golf course instead of being at the shows, eventually suffering the same fate as bonnie except.... while,e vanny did take a lot of bonnjes parts she left his legs, which Monty was now given.
Monty decided to make the best of a bad situation, since freddy was best friends with Bonnie Monty became more hateful towards him, having fantasies of freddy being thrown away, he also started to destroy his room in frustration and anger.

this is awesome proof that monty wouldn't have destroyed bonnie. We know FNAF lore by now, it's never that simple - there's always something to read between the lines. Also, if Monty had indeed taken down bonnie he would also have been dismantled for his violent behaviour. Freddy mentions to Gregory in-game that the animatronics are programmed against doing others harm. Yes, this mainly applies to guests, but it wouldn't be much of a stretch to say it applies to fellow animatronics.

Anyone else think Roxy was meant to be a new Foxy? I mean she is the fastest and Foxy was the only one of the original group who could run. Not to mention foxes and wolves are both canines. I think Foxy was replaced because according to phone guy he was always the animatronic prone to malfunction and break down
I thought so too because of the similarity in their name, design and capabilities. I don't know if she's a replacement or an addition to the Foxy animatronics for that location as you can find the original Foxy character in cardboard cutouts and other artwork in the pizzaplex

A DLC for Bonnie's story in SB would be amazing. I agree with your analysis, aside from still being unsure if they even found Bonnie at all or just labeled him as "out of commission" but you make a good point when it comes to the wording. When it shows Afton walking in that secret ending, it focuses on the feet at first in which one does look like a Bonnie foot, but idk if that's just the suit he was already in. I do feel like they used Bonnies parts for Afton. The glitch was already infecting the animatronics before Gregory showed up since Freddy mentions being forced to help clear the way to the old pizzeria, so we know they've been brought down there before
I actually brought this theory up to my roommate to what happened to Bonnie. That he was used as a test subject for Afton or Vanny to gain control over the animatronics with the glitch virus. I also thought since it’s theorized that Gregory is living in the Pizza Plex, given one of the rooms we find the Balloon Boy arcade game is made for someone other then Vanny. Gregory might have used Bonnie to hide from Vanessa and explore the Pizza Plex undetected just like he uses Freddy to move about and find a way to escape. Bonnie might have helped Gregory before Freddy did and was used to go to certain area’s before he was found out and probably decommissioned. But that theory seems more like a stretch to be honest.

@@charliepuppy. yeah maybe, but he did seem to dodge his replies to Freddy when he dismantled all of his other friends just to give him those upgrades. So when Freddy mentioned he missed Bonnie, Gregory didn’t want to say anything to him considering how hurt he sounded.
Bonnie is my favorite animatronic, so I was pretty bummed when I found out he wasn’t really in the game. Wonder if this will get expanded upon one day.
Just a thought from a wiki article about Monty, it is possible that he was the reason Bonnie was destroyed. Two images suggest that Monty hates the thought of being a background character, kind of similar to Roxy with her narcissistic personality, except Monty wants to go further and eliminate key figures in his way. The first image is the final level of the Monty Golf minigame where Monty, Roxy, and Chica are rocking onstage, Monty taking center stage, with Freddy found half buried in the trash. The other image is when Freddy escapes with Gregory, a newspaper reads "New face of Fazbear" with Monty taking center stage again. Monty wants to be #1 and he likely saw Bonnie as well as Freddy as competition, so accidents may have to happen for Monty to move up.

The ending where Monty becomes the new face of Fazbear seems odd to me. I mean yes it would cost a lot to rebuild Freddy but the name 'Fazbear' wouldn't make sense with Monty. Freddy is like the foundation of the franchise. So why does Freddy get replaced? It just makes no sense to me. Or do I just don't understand how businesses work? Can someone please explain it to me

See more likely theory is that Bonnie was originally supposed to be in the game, but was cut from the game for unknown reasons. So instead of telling of telling the players that Bonnie was cut from the game, the devs put these subtle clues explaining what happened to Bonnie while creating this backstory.
But why would he be cut? Its not like they lost the rights to using bonnie?

YES, thank you! I said smth like this in Dawko's vid as well. Fans are too fixated on the 'jealous Monty' theory that they overlook Bonnie's unusual behaviour and Afton's bunny obsession. Monty could've attacked Bonnie cus he detected the virus; their security programming causes them to behave violently when detecting unauthorised/unrecognised presence
I “like” this theory a lot better than the other ones I’ve heard about Bonny. Although I miss him and Foxy.
While there's a lot of good connections made in this video, it seems that other employee notes actually clear up the story nicely.
There are actually more notes related to Monty's "mix"- his food made him more aggressive. Chica's personality chip regularly misfunctions, causing her to eat things she shouldn't be. Later on, we do get notes pertaining to her eating some of Monty's mix, and leaving it in Bonnie's room.
Bonnie, now uncharacteristically angry due to getting into the mix, walked into Monty's room and put up a fight, leading to Monty breaking his outer shell.
This makes WAY more sense. I find it hard to believe that Monty "killed" Glamrock Bonnie despite the fact that Freddy clearly tells Gregory they would never harm anyone or anything, as it goes against their programming.

Its official why Bonnie was killed by Monty. Both Bonnie and Monty had feelings for Roxy but Monty didn't like that and wanted to make sure she was his, so ended up killing Bonnie and he was also rejected by Roxy which is why he's really violent.

This was a REALLY well put together theory video. And especially after coming back from Ruin, bro... you're amazing. I REALLY think you're on the right track, if not right on top of it. It makes so much sense. The question, or at least one of them, is if Bonnie was infected first, did Monty try to "save him" by destroying him? Or potentially, did Bonnie "come back" as M.X.E.S. himself, as a sort of anti-virus software. His eyes are still on, so that's what is making me question that. It would again, make sense.
Fun Fact: Scott was scared of bonnie the most even having nightmares about him because Scott tested jumpscares with bonnie

I find it interesting that they don't just make new Endos/Chassis. We know they have spare Endos, so what makes the shells so important? They made up an entirely new design after Bonny broke and, in the runaway ending, we see that they replaced the very animatronic the company is named after with an entirely different animatronic. Maybe they'll leave clues to that in the next game?
And In the runaway ending everyone seemed to been fixed even though all of them having serious damage done to the endo and shell, no matter how bad bonnie was damaged I dont think he could’ve gotten worst then all three ESPECIALLY monty

I also think when Freddy says "There is no bunny at the Pizzaplex.... Not anymore" right after Gregory sees Vanny that he is referring to Bonnie. This could also suggest more on how the animatronics can't see Vanny.
but in one of the endings freddy see's vanny while on top of the building because of roxy's eyes and pushes her off falling with her. So wouldnt roxy be able to see her? I dont see what that would do tho since shes hacked and could probably see her anyway

My theory goes like this: like your theory Bonnie was the first member of the band to be infected, however there is a cut bowling mini game as well as several result screens, and in these screens Bonnie is pretty sadistic, so the reason Bonnie was moving around was because after he was infected, he was tasked to choose three different locations: the east side of the atrium, one random location, and one of the main attractions. The next day, Bonnie would go on a *massacre* killing all children in those locations, but when he headed towards the main attraction he chose (Monty’s gater golf) and proceeded to kill the victims, Monty was there and once he was seeing what Bonnie was doing, he was shocked, an incident like this hasn’t happened before. And so, with no proper solution to this problem, *he did what he does best…*
Bonnie Probably left with another child that got stuck, Since a few notes in the game lead me to believe that something similar to what happened to gregory happened to another kid and at that time bonnie was like freddy and both escaped
I feel like even if it happens, he would take Freddy with him. However it's a good theory

Theory: Roxy’s raceway isn’t what it looks like. Foxy, known for his fast speed, became out of commission, making Roxy, using the speed of foxy, making roxy the new face of the wolf and fox counter parts
I think Foxy would've had a different area and not the raceway. I think Foxy's area would've been Kids Cove since it has an ocean theme to it and also it has a treasure chest with gold inside, something a pirate fox would like. And Foxy is known for having a cove. FNaF 1 there was pirate cove so why not have a different cove for Foxy

Not gonna lie, I always thought of Glamrock Bonnie as a side mystery and not a monumentally important step in Afton’s plan for his security breach... an intriguing perspective on it, really
This is a theory I considered as well, but as most theories where "oh, clearly Monty did it!" spent more time focusing on that and thinking about that over this theory because this one is straight forward and makes more sense than the Monty killed Bonny one everyone has been on about.
What if vanny used Bonnie for parts to make William a new body or to repair him cause after living like 3 fires at this point he gonna be a upgrade to help him move and William whole thing is rabbits so ofc he wanna keep on brand
(Also there might be more Fazbear locations than we think cause Bonnie existed even when Monty for Monty golf existed so maybe they used Monty from a old location and revamp him after Bonnie was scraped)

My first theory was, that Bonnie was decomissioned, because all these child-murders were done by a killer in a rabbit suit, so they might have also decomisioned him to not get related to that
A lot of people like to blame Monty, but I never thought he did it. And if he did, he could have been controlled to do it.
When Security Breach was announced years ago, I was hoping to see Bonnie and I must say it was sad for me knowing that Bonnie wouldn’t be in the game. After this video I feel relief knowing that at least he wasn’t forgotten for his old friend Freddy :”).

This theory is pretty good in terms of lore, but I have my own theory and opinion on not just why Bonnie isn't in the game, but also why our favourite red fox isn't in the game either.
My theory is that way way way before the events of the game, the main band was as follows, Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy.
At some point in time, Roxy Raceway, Monty Golf, Bonnie Bowl, and the Foxy Attraction which I don't think has a name, are built in the PizzaPlex, in these 4 attractions, where there star animatronics stayed, Roxanne Wolf and Montgomery Gator were built and put in their respective attractions, while Bonnie was put in Bonnie Bowl and Foxy in his attraction, at some point later, Something happens in Foxy's place that causes it to be banned and Foxy to be put out of commission, with Roxy taking his place in the Band, at this point the band is now Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Roxanna.
Later, the whole situation with Bonnie shows up and Monty takes Bonnie's place in the band. But that's just my own personal theory on Foxy and Bonnie.

This makes a lot of sense. I was wondering why Bonnie has his own bowling alley in the game, yet never physically appears like Rockstar Freddy, Glamrock Chica, Montgomery Gator and Roxanne Wolf in Security Beach.
I've got a feeling that Bonnie's story isn't done and that it might be important to the plot. but for now all we know is that Bonnie went against protocol for a currently unknown reason, was "decommissioned" in gator golf, and had a lasting impression on the people and anamtronics of the pizzaplex.

Seeing how sentient the animatronics are in game through the dialogues and moments, this theory kinda makes me nervous on what Bonnie went through before he was deemed “out of commission” because in Freddy and Roxy, we see that they have emotions and are capable of caring for each other also becoming friends with other animatronics and humans.
So, if he was used as a test subject in a way, which he would had to remain activated for, to see the affects of the influence. He probably (or most definitely) been tortured “psychologically” through out those experiments of William Afton. We don’t know what his personality or behavior is like, but it had to be something good and maybe similar to Freddy’s.
I get that it’s just a game and this is just speculation, but still. You have to think about, is this what may have happened to Bonnie? Was He just disassembled by the helper bots? Or did something else happened?

I’ve heard that Monty IS/WAS Bonnie. Theoretically, he fell from the catwalks in Monty Golf and broke. The company rebuilt him (given their history in salvaging and he animatronics), redid his room, and reprogrammed him. His old programming probably conflicts with Monty’s new programming, causing his erratic and violent behavior, leading him to trashing his room and the Pizzaplex. That made it easier for the Glitchtrap virus to infect him.
Here's the problem though.
Monty Golf already existed when Glamrock Bonnie did. Which means Montgomery Gator already existed too.
Monty was on his own like the Daycare Attendant and DJ Music Man.
When Glam Bonnie was decommissioned, Monty replaced him within the band, took over his instrument and room, and got a claw upgrade.
There's even a stage in Monty Golf and the February trailer showed that Monty's hologram was gonna be there. And there's the Monty Mini-Golf minigame where it shows the Monty Golf stage again.
