    Wow ! This is mind blowing. Too much for my poor brain to process. Thank you for demonstrating, it’s magic, isn’t it.

    How often do you find you accidentally use a gesture without meaning to?

    i am interested in it because of its promising ergonomic properties. I model in 3d software 8-10 hrs/day, so joint problems are very likely in my future. I have dreamed of a hardware interface that allows me to work by placing my hands on my legs, or stretch my arms vertically, change positions back to the desk, etc. Have you used it for modeling?

    Certainly looks intriguing, I’ve put an entry in my Notability technology log! However, on a different topic, do you credit the music that you use? I’d like to look up the artist singing as you paint, but can’t find a reference in your notes. Thanks! JV

    Thank you for the breakdown. I can see how this will hugely decrease my time usurped by productivity.

      Hey Papo! That's great to hear 😃 Thanks for doing that, I really appreciate it. I linked the brushes that I used in this video in the video description. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do 😃

    So after watching this I purchased one, it arrived, had a few teething issue in regards to updating firmware but after some of the best support Iv ever received, it was quickly rectified. So moving on I downloaded your map and wanted to ask 3 main questions?
    1. Do you have a pdf with all the shortcuts written out?
    2. Pinky now switches to previous colour?
    3. When tapping both fingers to increase size, are you limited to how much you can enlarge as it stops about 1/4 way?
    Looking forward to hearing your feedback 🙏🏼

      Hey Sureno! Ah!... Yes good points.
      #1 - I haven't gotten around to making an official version, but here I made a PDF for you right now. Let me know if you have any suggestions ibb.co/XLwNDQd
      #2 - Yes I mis spoke in the video saying that it switches between the primary and secondary color, but at 4:06 you can see that I tried to fix that with a text overlay. You are right, it does switch to your last used color.
      #3 - Increasing size of the brush is behaving a little bit weird, you're right. I'm not sure what's going on there. I'll try to work out what's causing it. Perhaps I need to change the tap map finger combination to something else 🤔 What finger combination makes sense to you to increase / decrease the size of the brush?

      @@ArtandDesign Many thanks for the PDF and your response to my questions. All I could add would be from a strictly subjective point of view, brush size would be amazing if it is possible to implement the air gestures feature, for example to increase brush size tap thumb and index and to decrease tap thumb and middle, otherwise really enjoying it :-)

    I’d love to know see an update on this product and if you still use it. I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews on this product and don’t want to spend $200 USD if I don’t need to because that’s a lot to waste. Loved to hear what you think after using it awhile.

      I've used it, and It's actually good. There's a new feature where you can customize the shortcuts which is convenient. I primarily use it to just type stuff like a normal keyboard. Learning to use it would probably take a week ( maybe 2 if your finger co-ordination is shit like mine). Shifting full-time to this keyboard might take a few months.
      Well, the keyboard did lack Ctrl, Alt and other function keys but you can install them from the TapManager app.

      Get it for about half that on Amazon whenever there's a Lightning Deal. Set an alert in a site like Keepa and pounce on the deal while it's fresh. I got two of them that way.

    That’s awesome! One month to learn and program for your specific app, and it saves you roughly a minute and 37 seconds on an art project! 😜

    • @ArtandDesign
      @ArtandDesign  4 роки тому

      Hey Square Breaker!. Thanks for the feedback 👍 I couldn't find this shortcut anywhere in the Procreate documentation. I'll try that out and add to the Tap profile if it works. Thanks!

      @TheChameleon2008 4 роки тому

      @@ArtandDesign hmm, if you press and hold the command button then a 2 page window will pop up and show all the shortcuts that are possible :)

      @ArtandDesign  4 роки тому +1

      @square Breaker, you are absolutely right! Thanks for pointing that out!... I had to borrow a bluetooth keyboard to check this out. But indeed, Procreate has a few additional supported keyboard shortcuts. I guess they haven't gotten around to update the online documentation page yet. Thanks a lot for that. I will update the Tap Profile to include redo as well as increasing brush size ✌

    • @MikeTrieu

      That isn't actually so much of a problem because you can map keys in such a way that some key combinations can be "held" so you can continue to enter the rest of the command.

    Hi! 🙋🏻‍♂️Would it be okay to request to you to have like a “zen” version of your tutorials, like instead of music, that it would be like those Tibetan bowl or some nature sounds instead. If it’s not too much to ask as this helps me and possibly (others like me) concentrate more into your teaching 🙂

  • @joe_1067
    @joe_1067 3 роки тому +1

    Well I'd probably use the device, but never an apple operating system XD
    Only apple thing I've used was slow as crap, not logical, OS limiting, and destroyed its own hardware in less than a year due to overdriven processing (which ironically still ran slower than older non-apple phones).
    At this point, I'd rather pay 8 mill a week than use another apple device.
    It is literally my biggest regret since every non-apple device I've used (which is over a hundred in counting) still runs like it's brand new.
    Worst company. can't believe dorks actually pay for rigged up inefficient systems lmao
