Anthea Blouse makes a great transitional piece during seasonal changes and I love how it goes so well with different pieces from my wardrobe. I’m excited to to make this beautiful blouse with you! :)
I say it every time, but your videos bring me so much joy and peace. I have had a rough week and I’m always so excited to see an new video from you! This make was beautiful and I can’t wait to try it myself! I subscribed to your husband channel as well. I always love the music in your videos so I’m sure I’ll love his videos too!
Thank you for this wonderful tutorial . I have spent the whole day with you making my Anthea ! I think it’s the best thing I have constructed in 7 years . Just the sleeves to do now. Bit slow as I have slipped stitched the neck & hem I was that pleased with it I wanted to finish off by hand . Thank you so much . X x x,
This gave me so much confidence to start my own! Your presentation style is so lovely and calming - thank you! Also - what gorgeous fabric and what a beautiful make ❤
❤ I just discovered your channel. It is so therapeutic to watch your videos making sewing look easy, and listening to the music and the sewing machines. I will try this pattern with a two-sided fabric that was given to me. If using French seams (hopefully remembering the 1/2” seam allowance) it should make a nice reversible garment. It will all be an experiment.
Your videos make my day! Thank you for all you do, Sara! And I adore the music in your videos so of course I subscribed to your husband’s channel. Thank you for sharing!
Aww thank you! I’ve just cut the fabric for M8312, I traced the Delano pattern (from OSE Patterns) and I need to choose fabric for Ora Pinafore (Pattern from Soften Studio). So many! 😆
Thank you for this wonderful video! I always learn so much from your videos & then feel more at ease to try out the techniques you show! I was wondering, what cord do you use?
Thank you for such lovely, helpful videos. The music is perfect too. I tried to find your husband’s channel, but was unsuccessful. Can you share a link please?

I really must get into the habit of understitching. It looks so good on finished pieces.
Actually it does make difference! :)

so I'm going to have to buy this pattern now
Great job as always :) What top are you wearing? I always love what you wear, may be something to add to the description :)
Haha! I will consider it! I’m wearing my modified M7742 from McCall’s Pattern.
Hi! I love your videos :) I was wondering do you undo the zigzag stitch after you’re done with the gathering?
No I leave the stitch inside the seam.
Thank you for this wonderful video! I always learn so much from your videos & then feel more at ease to try out the techniques you show! I was wondering, what cord do you use?
Thank you! 🤍 I use a cord similar to the butchers cord/twine!
Thank you for such lovely, helpful videos. The music is perfect too. I tried to find your husband’s channel, but was unsuccessful. Can you share a link please?

I’m glad you’ve found my channel! ☺️ The black fabric is from my shop and it’s viscose linen.
your channel is so beautiful you inspired me to buy some patterns, i love you hack of the anthea blouse into this beautiful dress is there any pattern or tutorial of your dress thank you very much
Sorry for my delayed reply! I’m glad you love my hack! I simply extended the length adding A line silhouette.☺️
@@SewingTherapy thank you very much
Love watching your videos! You’ve inspired me to buy the pattern and try it out. Is the pattern a layered one, I.e. that we can choose the sizing and print out specifically? Thank you.
I don’t think they made layers of each size for us to print separately, but it’s not too bad to find your size and trace it!
Beautiful
Thank you! 🤍
Loving your videos. How wide should you cut your bias strips? Thank you for sharing
For the neckline, I cut the bias tape in 3cm wide as it’s for a neck facing.
Wonder how much did the pattern cost in what currency🤔
Lovely make as usual Sara, would be great to see the blouse not tucked in to get an idea of the length. ❤
I will be more thoughtful next time! :)
I'll try making this into a dress wish me luck
🤞🤞🙌
Where can i find the pattern
Find the link in the description below! ☺️
😊❤️
Жаль, что не рассказываете как выкройку построить
Can you like your husband’s channel? I can’t find it in search

Oops, just imagine my comment! lol
😂😂😂
Oof...that sewing machine noise is terrible! I quit watching because of it.
It could be a sign that my machine needs a deep cleaning.😅
