I sincerely believe, bison, like any other cattle, were meant to be domesticated for ranches and human consumption. They just happen to have a large amount of them in the wild. Crazy how people hate when you comment that bison burgs are great while they're eating a juicy beef steak or fast food burger.
What size herd and how many acres do you recommend to start? I've heard 12 head minimum and 50 acres. And do you think you could start by rendting vs owning the land?
