Great review as always! Not having a separate zippered laptop compartment is a dealbreaker for me. Even the Day Owl Slim has one and it’s only .5L bigger than this Aer backpack. I like Aer’s overall vibe a lot though!
As a long-time Aer user with the Travel Pack 3 Small and Tech Pack 3, I’ve always been impressed by their quality. But I’m curious if the 12.5L Pro Pack Slim can handle all the essentials, like a 14” laptop, small umbrella, makeup bag, and water bottle. It might be a tight squeeze! It would be great if Aer could introduce a slightly larger backpack for lady, maybe around 16L, to fit everything comfortably.
I have the alpaka metro and I think I made the right choice. There seem to be too many compromises with this bag from Aer. It is a small bag that acts like a big bag. Great review and you always do a great job!

This channel is great and sorely needed for us petite gals who can't comfortably carry a pack taller than 17". A couple of requests: 1). Could you compare the Aer Pro Pack Slim to the Tomtoc UrbanEX T-65 Laptop backpack (for example, I believe the Tomtoc has YKK zippers with aqua guard, but the Aer doesn't). 2). Could you do a review of the 17L Moment Everything backpack, in particular, the sturdiness of the laptop compartment (is it good enough to not have to double wrap my 13" Mac?)? Thanks!

So it will definitely be a tight squeeze, but I manage to fit it all! but a 16L would be such a great size
