I lived in this house for 15 years it looks beautiful i pray it brings whom ever buy it as much happiness as if did my family it has so many beautiful memories ❤ we even got married right in the living room this is a great house blessing to the new family and yes none of us played when it came to our yards lol we made sure our street was well groomed lol

I'm in coastal Connecticut where home prices are high. This home here would be less in price here. Why so high in your local and not much land? Small house with small rooms. Thank god for the finished basement to add bedrooms. Does the basement space count at square footage? Here in the north it does not. Nice renovated home.
Prices do vary here depending on the location. Newly renovated homes of course command more money. Basement square footage is not normally counted here but it is not a bad idea to clarify.
