- Every year there is a list of celebrities that have sadly died, and it reminds us how fragile life can be. Even the most famous celebrities who have left lasting memories through their art and work are bound to leave this earth at some point.
This is year is no different, and the list of celebrities we lost includes a legendary actor and comedian, a versatile triple-threat performer and Broadway star, as well as the tragic loss of a young rapper and entrepreneur.
So, in honor of these celebrities we lost this year, we’ve compiled a video detailing their lives and their careers. We hope this video reminds you of their lasting performances and memories.

@@pommiebears I loss my dad on February 24th 2018 then 11 weeks later i loss my mom and i was her caregiver for the last 4 years of her life. Im completely lost. They wouldn't want me to feel this way but the pain gets unbearable some days. I would give anything just to talk to them for 5 minutes. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!!!

I felt I had lost my best friend, and I didn’t think the pain would stop. Let me tell you this, your parents left this earth loving the bones out of you. They love you. I know this because you love them so much. I think to have people like that in our lives comes with a natural price. The price is that we outlive them mostly. I’m so sorry. It must be incredibly tough for you, but don’t give up. Find something else to fill your day. You will never ever not feel their loss, but you will start to think of other things. You’re a caring person, maybe you could volunteer?? Something to take your mind off, a distraction. It will get better. Do you believe in heaven?? 🌹

I really needed to hear that and yes i know my parents are in heaven. 12 days ago i found myself in the corner of my bedroom hugging my dad and he was telling me that he's ok and he wants me to be ok. I felt his breath in my face and i smelled his cologne. He always promised me that when he's gone that he would let me know that he's watching over me. It was about 3am and it was so real. I sat on my bed cried and begged him to come back. I guess im being selfish because he did what he told me he would but it's just so hard to let go. Im a daddys girl and the baby. I was my moms caregiver for the last 4 years of her life so I'm doing a little better with her but i miss my dad soooo much. It's indescribable. Im a caregiver and i work 12 hours a day but i cant seem to get my dad off my mind. I really appreciate your comment. It made my night!!!

I met Carol Channing twice. What a lovely, beautiful woman. She was so friendly and funny! Ironically, she remembered meeting me the first time! She was tinier than you could imagine but oh, so dynamic that made her seem larger than life! Had the chance to see her 5,000th performance of "HELLO DOLLY!" There is a tiny empty spot in my heart with her name on it.

I saw him once when I was volunteering as an usher. He talked about having had cancer. Was a funny guy. He played his own music which was not really to my taste, and then he played one of the Monkees song.
