We agree, it’s unfortunately not a good market for them which is why almost all of them are gone from here. We’ve had the pleasure of featuring a few over the years and always enjoy the practicality.
@@PRNTestDrive I just wish Volvo would've either went the full hybrid route or go electric, PHEV's are a bit confusing to use imo, otherwise it's a great car and it's sad there aren't many road going wagons in the US anymore.
I live in Rhode Island and recently got a V60 PE identical to the one he’s reviewing and love it. I 100% agree it’s disappointing auto makers have abandoned wagons as I dislike the top heavy feeling and poor handling of SUVs.

It certainly is pricey, but it's also unique in the market as BMW and Mercedes no longer offer wagons in Canada, and their mid-performance models aren't electrified.
Oh man, I’m debating between the new M5 wagon and the new V60 Polestar. At the same time I want the uhmp factor and practicality at the same time. I’m sure the V60 PS has what I’m looking for.
I have to admit, that i was always driving Bmw or Merc. My last car was G30 540i and before that ive had W205 c class. I was on a test drive (W206, new c class and bmw g20 lci), and I was really disapointed. Both with driving and the quality of materials. Also the price- relativeley high. After watching this video, I thought Why tf not ? I went for a test drive and I fell in love instantly 😍 Rn I cant wait for my V60 T6 Recharge to be delivered at the end of November. THX 🙏
Glad to hear it! Volvo has some really compelling vehicles, although they may not set the standard for technology, they still offer a really solid product.
I can't stop watching videos of this wagon. There was a time I had a 79 volvo 240 wagon and I loved it up until my ex blew the engine up LOL. I've done so much research and this car definitely for me. I moved halfway across the country, so no crazy ex around this time. They're pretty expensive brand new so I'm going to opt out and buy a used one. Let's go volvo !

To be fair Volvo doesn't make it easy with all their lingo. Polestar is a brand, but Polestar Engineered is a tune for Volvo cars, and you can buy Polestar Engineered tunes for non Polestar Engineered vehicles, making them Polestar Tuned but not necessarily Engineered. Also Recharge is both a full EV and a PHEV.

Man the new V60 looks so good, I wish North America had more options for wagons the practicality is much better than an SUV in my opinion.

Fair enough! They're rolling out more electrics, their goal is to offer some level of hybridization by next year across all models.

Volvo has always made sharp looking wagons. This is one of the last new ones available in the Canadian market unfortunately.

The orange key, is the valet key; it comes with two, a black normal and the orange valet.. you can create driver profiles based on the key.
Sometimes they give it to the journalists to prevent any issues with vehicle abuse. We've had a few over the years.

Definitely the new trend with luxury brands. They like hiding the real exhausts and making obvious fake ones along the bumper trim.

Seems like 2,000 lbs is the max towing capabilities for the V60, but I'd confirm with the manufacturer based on the specific build you go with.
