What is DMT?

This was by far the most intense for me. Almost immediate. Entire body relaxation. Body "tingling", extreme hot flash. Did not start at upper body though. Felt as if I was lifting from my lower legs but never got above mid hip level. Felt fear. Fear of Dying?? Can't wait to get past that part but I know I'll go when I'm supposed to go. Beautiful, hypnotic and inspiring among the words that come to mind. Thank you!

Well anything with low Delta usually has me in a comatose sleep within seconds...... So I'm gonna double it up with the intensely shamanic dimension, as that's a low delta as well...... With a layer of the Kundalini as a buffer between the two.... The plan is the 20minute Kundalini will kinda but not really wake me up, yet give me a chance of going lucid in a dream.. if I do wake up I can go for the projection..... That's the plan.....
