Oh, my, Maranda…your soup looks amazing! I do my pumpkin in a roaster pan with a little water, scoop it out, food process it, and freeze it! I got about 15 cups this year, so it will last a while. I use canned milk in my pies…my aunt’s and grandmother’s recipe. Cindi (from WV)
So yummy!!! We have got 12 cups so far from our pumpkins and then processing more of them this week, so yummy to have on hand 🧡🎃
I love to sprinkle salt and granulated garlic on the seeds and bake them. Delicious! Or you can bake them plain or just salted. So good either way.

I printed off the pumpkin pie recipe and noticed it calls for 1/4 cup vodka. I didn’t notice you using it in the video. So I was wondering if I could omit it and substitute with something else?

Yes I didn’t add that to my recipe because I didn’t make the pie crust she shares. I made a gluten free pie crust from a different website because I’m gluten free 😊
