    Brand deals have never stopped anyone watching F1 or football.
    But some how independent content creators get shamed for it.
    Well done Emma!
    You create wonderful content, your videos are a ray of sunshine
    I’m so so happy for you. If my views and engagement enables you to pay bills, feed your family, buy gardening tools, go on a holiday… whatever you want to do.. I’m here for it

    That brief moment of madness 'shall I eat one' had me in stitches. The complete U-turn from I can't have them near my face to shall I try one, all because of a whiff of peanut! Hilarious.

    I heard a radio viewer on LBC radio at 3,:33am wednesday suggest to the presenter that they check out your UA-cam channel. As the London based DJ wanted to know more about allotmentieing In London and was after pro tips. Just thought I'd mention your channel had a plug on radio (yay)

      I don't mind the advertising either but I don't get why she doesn't have a Patreon yet or enables the Thanks option on UA-cam. Like nearly all the gardening/allotment channels I follow have a Patreon.

    Don't worry Emma. Whenever you put out a new feeder for the birds, they won't go near it until they're used to it, just in case it's a trap. He'll have been watching, waiting for you to go.

    Hi when you freeze the sprouts, remember you need to blanch them first. Otherwise they will go rotten. I wasn't going to say anything in case you already knew, but I remembered a post in a FB garden group of someone who didn't know and lost four plants worth of sprouts!

    Emma, I love the bird feeder and Einstein will too eventually... all the birds are always suspicious to start when you put a new feeder out and also robins are so territorial they "see red" when they see red! My Felco secateurs are not only red but when I start cutting things with them sound like the warning/territorial sound robins make and without fail I get a chorus of them replying to my every snip warning me this is their territory! Love watching you and totally don't mind advertising at all... could you not get a brand deal from a wood chip in bags merchant?!! Take care and keep going Liz x

    Hi Emma what a nice surprise for Einstein this shows what a wonderful warm hearted person you are when you showed trees in your new allotment it looks like there is a box fixed high up is it a bird box or a box for the squirrel can’t wait for a update keep the good work up 👏👏👏

    I know that feeling very well Emma about the wood chips, there are people that I hardly see & when we get a delivery of wood chips, yes their plots are full of them, think I will ask for a wood chip radar for Christmas, how inconsiderate of Einstein 😲

    So good that you’re back I missed you. Just an idea if you can’t get to the allotment I’d like to see you using your planner, I get a bit stuck with what to do and also I won’t have to wait so long for a video. I’ve got loads of great things from your advertising, cool job gloves which I love, slugless, strulch, enviromesh, and of course your planner xx

    The squirrel will probably be after your bulbs 🙄 but they don't like alliums so you could try planting some of them in between 👍 the bird food was probably made in the same production line as peanut feed

    There are meal worms visible in your Robin mix anyway. But also fyi if you are allergic to shellfish you may be allergic to eating mealworms.

  • @dereknash3638
    @dereknash3638 10 місяців тому

    Dried mealworms are crunchy, most birds will like those as will the squirrels, unfortunately it’s the pigeons which eat most of those I put out. I trust the birds have access to the food you put in the bird house, doubt if the Robin will eat those, they prefer eating from a flat service or the ground. No problem in offering brand deals.👍 There is probably a mixture of peanut in with the mealworm, small birds like bluetits as well as robins love peanuts.

  • @jayneforeman1187
    @jayneforeman1187 10 місяців тому

    The robins that visit my garden prefer to eat from the ground, I have metal trays under my bushes.

  • @Mike_in_Thailand
    @Mike_in_Thailand 10 місяців тому

    They put that warning about nuts probably because the same factory also makes peanut products, there is a one in a million chance of the products getting mixed happening, and someone with a nut allergy buys a packet of worms, gets sick and sues them. That's today's society !

  • @theresabisson1040

    Birds need time to get used to any changes - Einstein will naturally be cautious of the new luxury feeder - but he'll soon come visiting I'm sure!

    I bought gloves after your previous promotion and they’re brilliant. Please don’t feel you need to explain yourself. You put up fantastic videos and cheer me up for free. Einstein will be back. I hand fed a robin with mealworms but they were live ones. I don’t think you’re ready for that just yet 😂🪱
