Where do you live? - Melbourne, Australia
What editing program do you use? - Premier Pro CC on Mac. Garmin Verb Edit for the telemetry overlay.
Did you go to university? - No
How long do your vlogs take to edit? - 2 to 8hrs
how did I miss this one.. bobridge is an absolute beast on a bike.. watching him pull that sprint was nothing short of amazing ..

if your max Heart rate is 183, how can you hit 191bpm! haha nice video again... it was good being able to race with Bobridge this season

probably some kind of equation .. better vlog = lower fitness + higher kilos

You touched 190 beats per minute in this video, why did you say your max is 183?
His max sustainable heart rate I'd imagine the 191 was an anerobic effort that wasn't sustainable as he said he was blown
is it better to have a high max heart rate or a low max heart rate. eg cycle maven has a max heart rate of 183, is that good??
+markus jackson Hey Markus. It's not really relevant to performance. Doesn't matter if your max is 205 or 185. It's better to know your FTP. FTP is a great measure of fitness and improvements. "Functional Threshold Power". Google it and research it if you've never heard of FTP.
thanks for clearing my misconception and yes i do know of FTP but i don't have any way of finding out.
unless there is an easier way.
