Lithotripsy Feedback: Kidney stone treatment without surgery with Sound waves / ESWL

- Urocentre offers lithotripsy treatment, and in the last 10 years we have benefitted more than 1000 patients with ESWL or lithotripsy to remove their stones. In lithotripsy the stones are removed without any surgery, anaesthesia or scars. It's a one hour process that can be done without any stay in the hospital or disruption in routine work.
Lithotripsy cannot be offered to all stones. It is useful in soft stones which are less than 25mm with a CT HU of less than 1000-1100. The process requires many sittings and therefore it's a task of patience.

I had 3mm stone in my right kidney. I had taken 2 lithotripsy sessions but surprisingly, post lithotripsy fragments are not passing. Drinking enough water and staying active too. Doctor, Pls suggest your views. Thank you.

Check ur CT REPORT and how much is ur stone density in HU which will b mentioned at CT KUB plain report of its below 1000 HU stoke density u can take eswl .. or if it’s about 1000 HU go for ureterscopy
