Great playing, some notes missing or incorrect here and there. Check the bass stem, you can actually get the original in the full version where they included all stems from each instrument. You can find it in youtube too

I would just say that by the way your forearm rests on the body, forces your wrist a bit. That compromises the angle at which your fingertips hit the string. It would help if, instead of placing the bass as if you were playing a classical acoustic guitar, you place it more onto your ribs and try to softly hold the body with your inner forearm. That will release your wrist immediately. Try it out!
@@gienkerlo123 I know exactly what you mean, and you're right. It's a compromise which I (shouldn't make, but do) make for the sake of short term comfort/laziness. But you're spot on.

Effect chain ?
I use Neural DSP Parallax plugin and I believe the effect was a slightly tweaked version of "Allround 4"
