***** The radio DJs and celebrities seem to exist in both universes, like the stores, cars, brands etc. And I personally think they made the absolute correct decision with the direction they took the newer games, and I thought GTA IV was miles better than V in terms of the narrative and whole tone of the game.
Because Maurice, Amy, etc. live in the Vice City area. We haven't seen the Vice City of the HD universe yet, since IV and V take place in Liberty City and Los Santos, respectively.
