Glamour investment without patronage base. What’s going on in Ozubulu to necessitate this hotel? People, in general, stay in hotels out of need, not out of want. A resort is a different issue.

Anambra has a mix of industries, commerce and hospitality , that’s why most imo indigenes prefer to live in Anambra because there’s mix of everything they need to succeed. No one can live in Owerri and expect to be rich , that’s why list sane imo indigenes live in Onitsha which is their abroad. No one envies a glorified village like Owerri. Hotels in the rural areas of Anambra are even more beautiful and quality than those brothels in Owerri . Truth is bitter haha
