This video is your own opinion about what you would find easy. I feel an Indian student can easily relate to courses about Indian literature, and it would help them in their career path too. Whereas opting for American literature may get them an easy way to achieve the degree but they wouldn't be wise about their own literature.

Not completely agree Ma'am, how can u skip Module 4 (Writings from India) along with Meg 04 and you know very well the importance of Meg 04 (Aspect of Language). Without these how can someone get success in TGT, PGT and UGC. So I request to review this video once....thanks...
As I have suffered with Indian literature I would suggest not to go for it cause as we think being an Indian we can get all the materials but it is very difficult to find even novels of some authors

Ignou se toh bilkul mat krna koi course. Tang kr dete h centre wale. They don't remain updated. If u ask them anything they don't hv any information. Only youtubers gv u updates regarding detailed things of ignou. My sister was doing.. M. A socio frm ignou. N it was btr to do a pvt course frm local universities or clg

British literature is very relevant and it is very interesting , but American literature is bit more open and modern , i have choosen Brit. this year

My first choice has always been to study American literature but my teacher selected Indian literature and writing from margin for me without asking now I'm dying to change my subject 😭

I took exams of first year .despite depth study i scored nothing .just passing marks . Which led me no where. . in assignments also i got only 57 % .i quitted . Time is also over my subjects were 1234 .all are compulsory i think . I dont know why i did not score well. Some questions were not found any where in books also .i saw in exam hall maximum people just sat for an hour only. Ehat to do now

IGNOU is very tough as compared to any other institution and literature needs deep study. May be you need more understanding regarding it. But what was the percentage you secured?
I chose meg 03,11,19 for first year… but for second year i’m confused between meg06 and meg17… because drama is so difficult and learning literature is also difficult

Drama is simple where criticism and poetry is difficult.

I took British literature n suffering because what I get online materials is not enough n lots of printing mistake😥😥😥
See as an Literature graduate i would suggest you to get books and even get books written by Indian authors it will be easy to understand. One more thing go for summaries and if in case of novels see the important dialogues, incase of poetry if you can't get summaries try to decode the lines of those poem with meanings

Ma'am ive taken admission in 1st year January 2023 batch. At the time of filling admission form I was not aware about how to choose subjects or Module so i Choosed randomly 3 subjects along with one compulsory subject. Means 1 subject from 1 moddule 2nd subject from another module and 3rd also from the another modules. This way I've choosen
