Hey Daniel.. can you have a quick look at it again? Maybe it was just your connection at the time. (or make sure it's not playing in 480p) The video is fine this end. 🤔 Cheers mate
🤗Hello! Another great video, I’ve always enjoyed the market scenes, so many interesting things to see, and many smiling faces of the venders. May I say, I’m sure we all do, appreciate you’re doing all the work, weaving between people, stepping in water, greeting everyone, etc...thank you sir!🙏🏼 Take care.
Hahaha yes, wearing flip flops to a market over here is not a real good idea. Not with all the fish water around 😝 Just glad you're enjoying them Teo. Have a great weekend
Todd, man,,what a place. Not just the amazing market, but everything. The street with old apartments or whatever they were, reminded me of an old European street. Just had that feel. The coffee family mansion is fuckin immense ,hug ,giat , big as hell. Unbelievably house. Yeah buddy ,,Pakse is definitely worth more than a day or two. It still blows me away,,how friendly most people are. This vid was much appreciated. Thanks Todd,,,be safe,,Ttyl,,,Marlon
Pakse is really cool big city. Your Roxanne rendition while u were touring reminded me of when I was in your country and my Cortina broke down near Woomera in bum fuck nowhere for 2 days. And the middle of the night a car pulled up with that song playing. Then they just.. drove away. this was in '87. Can't wait to hit the 4,000 islands without a break down with ya mate. see you 2 down the road...))}
Paske yeh yeh yeh....can't wait til I build a house down that way...Laos Thai and Khmer new year here we come...wait for Todd here to do a big blow out....Just be careful of all the drunk drivers out there...Stay safe when you doing VLOG during New Year April 10 to the 25th.
The four thousand islands ( sipan don) is great for zip lines as well. Also the old French railroad bridge across Don Diet & Don khon (spelling off a bit) still has the old locomotives on display for a selfie shot or two. Also fresh water dolphin tours and many water fall such as Tad Lo to visit. Have fun guys. Oh, Mama Lurches has great rates for an overnighter. I may have spelled that wrong but not to worry many great places to stay there.
..and i bet those couple of hours seemed like minutes! I never tire of them. They are all different, as is all the different areas of S.E.Asia. That's what keeps pulling us back.
Happy Easter to you both. And yea the market is fun to visit however I tend to hit the Friendship mart for many western things. To bad you didn't hook up with my bil. He has the new CBR with side car and knows the cool spots. Hit Tad Fane for some zip line action if your into it! Cheers. And thanks for the tour.
I toured Pakse in 2011. I hope you went to the famous Wat Phu at Champasak about 20 km downstream on the Mekong River. 11th century Buddhist Temple cleverly built into the natural terrain. It was an outpost of th Khmer Angkor Empire. Beautifully built, but in total ruins. A mini copy of Angkor Wat. I always wonder about the bacteria count in those S/E Asian meat markets. It's 37C and 80% humidity with the meat lying around attracting flies that have been walking around on the filthy floors. I never was sick i Laos. I did acquire Bangkok Belly twice i Thailand from eating seafood soup.
G' Day Mate and how's life now in lao going for ya sport. Looks like a hell of a good time for that scooter ride that looked fun. The market was very busy and everyone seemed so nice, even your friend you came across a few times all the way to the end of the video. I had a great time watching and learning. Well Todd, you and Neenee have a safe and exciting trip to the next town. Sorry to hear about all the flooding back in homeland, if it ain't burning it's bloody hell burning like my home state of California. A real shithole of a place now filled with freaks and Hollywood actors with their heads up their bum or in the sand. Peace my friend.
I wish I went to Pakse, never had the chance. But this gives a good idea what it was like downtown and awesome shooting man! I've actually started a similar UA-cam channel if you or anybody is interested. I encourage all of you to come have a look, all feedback is welcome! If you do enjoy my content, please don't hesitate to subscribe and comment so I can welcome you on my journey! I know it's early days, but let's see where I can take my hobby hey! Rey Kiki x
Good renditions get you a copyright infringement. Finding good no copyright music that doesn't sound like elevator music can be tough. Appreciate your comment Samuel, thanks 👌
Everytime you say you are about to get flogged on I can't stop laughing. I would say pissed on or pissing it down, flogged means something totally different to a Queenslander.
@@NowinLao I've never heard it, but saying that I'm from Central Queensland and we speak country Aussie. Grazie

There is just something about Asia it keeps pulling you back , I went to a market like that in Cambodia, I spent a couple of hours there ,
..and i bet those couple of hours seemed like minutes! I never tire of them. They are all different, as is all the different areas of S.E.Asia. That's what keeps pulling us back.
There are lots of activity and cars in Pakse. They are very developed.

I kept waiting for his Bike to die. Sounded horrible. Thanks for the ride.
Same. Was surprised we made it back
Im amazed, no traffic lights, no (major) accidents with the high amount of traffic. Bald tires! Lol.
Just writing that down Todd - Pakse must do - take a ride in a side cart but make sure biker rider has good tyres ... 👍🙏🇦🇺 - great area 🍻

I'm noticing some improvements on the roads.
What's the improvements? Did they add a new road sign? It looks the same to me. No change.

8, but it doesn't matter. 5 new ones arrived today. Thanks anyway 👌
must be cold overthere people wearing hoodies and sweaters.
By far this is one of my favorite videos. brother, you should learn to improve your Lao speaking skill. it's more interesting when making a video. =))
Todd did you ever sit for your road rule exam over there, like the others.
Like the others... hahahaha 😝😅 Good one 👌
..but no. No need to if you have an international license 👍

Is there opium or heroin in Lao?
hey . be careful there's no traffic regulation over there people could drive what ever they want.
