- The International Court of Justice is due to present an advisory opinion on whether Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories violates international law.
In February, the Court heard from 52 states and international organizations about the issue, which was referred to the Court by the UN's General Assembly.
Israel has voiced strong opposition to the case.
Palestinians believe the ruling could result in significant pressure on Israel.

@@Vorname_Nachnahme Your welcome. There are two courts, International Court of Justice and International Criminal Court. South Africa initially addressed the ICJ believe they included Genocide allegations. (Think) the ICC may be the ones to make decisions on that specific subject, as arrest warrants were also requested from them. Although the outcome may appear as a foregone conclusion, not sure it can be relied on. Nonetheless the ICJ certainly today fulfilled its obligations. Hope this helps.

Let us be realistic, the word Judea and Samaria are Hebrew words so how come it's Palestine! The land that was formally an Israeli land has been waved off and gave to Palestine which are from Jordan Arabs. The land of Samaria and Judea has a root of Jesse called Israel. I am speaking from Bangladesh. The students of our country are doing the quota movement. Police shot and killed more than 100 protesting students in one day.
