I made this a few months ago and it was amaaaaazing!!! My butcher refused to sell me lamb neck so he gave me lamb neck (which worked beautifully tbh). Yum. This is such a good dish!!!

Cup of olive oil. Might try a quarter cup just to coat the ingredients. The fat from the lamb will render and release fat juice anyway

Where did you purchase the dish?
It’s the Scanpan classic roasting dish. Bought it from kitchen warehouse online but if you google it you should be able to find it at your preferred retailer.
Can be used in the oven and on the gas top stove, which is cool 😃
