I pulled a couple bullets out. An ever so slight coating of rust at the base of the bullet, but the powder burned just fine on the ground, and the inside of the cases weren't corroded so I'll do a video on that, and also try to find some steel plates to put holes/gouges in.
Hey Mike, I was checking out your shop (which is awesome, I'm definitely going to buy an M1895 cap as soon as I get a bank card) and I was wondering if you ship to Canada. I understand that there is the option for Canadian pricing however I've noticed that a lot of websites especially of small buisnesses are no longer shipping to Canada for some reason. Thanks.
Hey mike, love the channel. Been a viewer for a while and a collector for a bit longer, and I’ve recently run into a dilemma I’m hoping to get your input on. For a young collector I’ve recently become quite wealthy, and my question to you is, would it be best with the current price inflations and gouges, for me to still hunt for good prices and get the best deal o can find so I’m not encouraging these inflationary prices? Or would it be best for me to just kinda bite the bullet, be a little impulsive with my shopping, buy the slightly overpriced stuff that I can afford, and kinda in a way let the better deals that are more affordable go to others? Might be a stupid question, you may never read this, but either way thought I’d ask. Keep up the good work.
Gosh what a war WW2 was going heads up with the German military and beating them. I can’t imagine what was going through the minds of both sides when the end was determined. Such as young American men taking what they wanted and the young German men watching it happen.
The condition is stunning. I wanted to jump on some of that but funds aren’t good right now for extra spending
Absolutely beautiful condition. That lacquer looks new - not nearly 80 years old. Not to mention the rest of the package, etc.
That package looks amazing for 1943
That is actually a really cool piece of history there. Good luck with test firing if you do.
The mosin crate ammo box are really cool
Not at all where I got these.
@@MikeB128 Of course, I just saw last week his video with aaaaall those boxes... Thank you for that nice video !
If one listens very closely, one will hear the song "wenn die soldaten" drift faintly from the box when it is opened. ; )
I am astonished about the 1943 armor piercing bullets looking so fine.David Back from Menifee county Kentucky.
That stuff pokes some serious holes!
Incredible video! Hopefully a few will be in good enough condition to be fired!
