Suigetsu has cooler powers than Naruto could ever have, and a little 13 year old Suigetsu taking on Zabuza's sword at the end of the Land Of Waves arc would go hard. his dynamic with Sasuke and Karin is very fun with how sassy but willing to go along with stuff he is. Karin is like if Sakura was useful from day 1, like she is in early Shippuden. she has great sensory skills and is a healer day 1 aswell, unlike Sakura who did nothing for all of part 1. and, if she got amazing physical power like Sakura did post-timeskip? she'd be everything Sakura is but a thousand times better.
I believe the hidden cloud village would stomp the leaf in a war post 4th hokage era up through the 5 kage summit arc. The konoha 11 are very unimpressive excluding Naruto, compared to the cloud Shinobi we're aware of the only intresting matchup would be tsunade vs Ay
