    WHY ITALIAN IN 30 DAYS?
"So much content online to learn Italian, where should I start, which order should I follow, it's so confusing, etc. etc.?!". Rest assured you're not alone, that's what happens to most online students. We totally understand the frustration, there are so many Italian Language channels and so many videos to LEARN ITALIAN but everything seems to be just so scattered and random.
That's why we created LEARN ITALIAN IN 30 DAYS, our custom made playlist that will guide you step by step, 1 video at the time, always with FUN and IRONY, without having to think "what should I watch/learn next"?!?!
    WHY THE WORKBOOK?
The WORKBOOK is an extra tool that was made to enhance even further the potential of this course so that you learn better and faster! You'll be amazed by how EASY the learning process is going to be!
    WHY SHOULD YOU LEARN ITALIAN?
Many people rate Italian as the most beautiful and sexy spoken language in the world, why do you think Mozart composed most of his operas in Italian?
If you like arts, music, design, architecture, opera, food, etc. this is the reference language.
Traveling in Italy is intensely pleasurable: UNESCO rated Italy as having more sites of historical importance than any other country and, with almost 60% of the world's arts treasures. Italy is the tourist paradise! Speaking Italian allows you to meet the people and get to know this wonderfully rich culture.

Ciao Luca e Marina, I think I have a question about "sono venuta a Roma". Why Marina says "venuta", when venire is a third group, so its ending should be "-ito". "sono venito a Roma"? Is it because it's irregular?

Hello guys; what is the difference between "io ho mangiato" and "io mangiai"? I know the first is passato prossimo and the second passato remoto, but in daily use, which is more common? In spanish from México, for example, is way more common to say "Yo comí" (I ate, would be passato remoto) than "Yo he comido" (I have eaten, passato prossimo) when referred to near actions in the past. But in italian, if you want to say, for example "I ate pizza 3 weeks ago", would you prefer to use passato prossimo or passato remoto?
    Thanks for this amazing lessons.

    • @DolceVitaChannel
      @DolceVitaChannel  6 років тому +7

Good question. I speak Spanish so I know what you're talking about. In Italian we use the passato remoto much more seldom compared to Spanish and only if speaking of something happened a long time ago. You might find it much more in literature than in everyday speaking. There's no way you'd use passato remoto for 3 weeks ago. Hope this helped. Thanks for following our channel, please share:) Ciaooooo:)))

    Ciao
In lezione ventichinque, we learned how to make passato prossimo
Passato prossimo is used when we talk about something that has happened recently or sometime ago to make passato prossimo we use the auxiliary avere and essere
Most of the time, avvere is used, and when we talk about something that is related to movement, then we use assere
The 3 regular groups that ends with are-ere-ire also change
    Are>>ato
    Ere>>uto
    Ere>>Ire
    Mangiare>>mangiato
    Credere>>creduto
    Dormire>>dormito
    Now let's conjugate
    Io ho mangiato
    Tu hai mangiato
    Lui/lei ha mangiato
    Noi abiamo mangiato
    Voi avete mangiato
    Loro hanno mangiato
Partire is to leave here we will use the auxiliary essere to be
    Io sono parto/a
    Tu sei parto/a
    Lui/lei e parto/a
    Noi siamo parti/e
    Voi seite parti/e
    Loro sonno parti/e
Now let's see how to use the auxiliary and its conjugation in past tense
    Essere
    Io sono stato/a
    Tu sei stato/a
    Lui/lei e stato/a
    Noi siamo stati/e
    Voi seite stati/e
    Loro sono stati/e
    Avere
Io ho avuto Tu hai avuto , lui lei ha avuto noi abiamo avuto, voi avete avuto, loro hanno avuto pratichiamo
    Q cosa fa mangiato ieri
    Io ho mangiato il pesce
    Loro hanno mangiato insalata ieri
    Dove hai lavorato ieri
    Ieri ho lavorato al casa
    ...
I am trying to be a good learner hope so its working
I listen the lecture carefully for 2-3 times then I write down everything so I could understand better after this I repeat everything by Heart to check I learned it or not and after this all process I write down it in comments
    Ciao luca marina

Ciao. I understand it can be confusing but only if you try to relate it to English, that's why I say "passato prossimo" in Italian and I never say "present perfect" or "past simple", either one of which could be the passato prossimo: "ho mangiato" is both "I ate" and "I've eaten".

Hi Luca, just wanted to run this by you. We didn't learn this in your course. It uses Essere as the helping verb. Is this format the same as using Avere as the helping verb in this lezione?
    i.e. Ho avuto - i had
    Hai avuto - you had
    etc
    etc...
    (are both methods correct)?
Avere - to have (conjugated in the Imperfect Tense)
    io avevo - I had
    tu avevi - you had
    lui/lei aveva - he/she had
    noi avevamo - we had
voi avevate - you all had
    loro avevano - they had
Essere - to be (conjugated in the Imperfect Tense)
    io ero - I was
    tu eri - you were
    lui/lei era - he/she was
    noi eravamo - we were
voi eravate - you all were

@@DolceVitaChannel The tough part is knowing whether to use 'stato' or 'avuto'
You used....Tu Sei stata cattiva (Essere).....then used Tu hai sfortuna (Avere). Both are bad lol and either behaviour and/or feelings :-/
