I know I did the AppleDash video, and this is not an attempt to whore out Rainbow or anything lol. TwiDash is my preferred ship and it was requested I do it, so decided it would be fun. ^^
So you know, this will be my last shipping video, *no exceptions*. While I like making videos with romance, it either comes down to same-sex relationships (which I am okay with) or cheating on someone's waifu. There is currently 3-4 videos I have planned and am working on anyways.
Animating was started early December and took about a month. The underscore took another month.

I remember watching this as a kid, and wow it has been already almost 9 years, even though this was made a long time ago, but I could still watch these videos for several times no matter how other people would critize or underestimate it, this doesn't look weird for me at all, I've always enjoyed watching videos that has cuteness and a Incredible animation in it, I'm now older, but that doesn't mean that my childhood spirit is gone 🙂.

And this is why Argodaemon is a genius. In that whole thing, not a single word was said. An animated short that can both get whatever its' story was across using only music for auditory and warm my cold, dead, heart, is brilliant. Of course, spoken word has its place in many many places, but for something like the original Tom and Jerry-no words are spoken, because none are needed for it to be funny, but just music-it requires both some very well thought out music, and some genius animation.

So my personal interpretation of this video. It's the night before Hearts and Hooves day, and everypony is asleep. Luna decides to play matchmaker this year and unite ponies together through their dreams.
Twilight and Rainbow Dash are linked into a shared dream, and then placed in a situation where their feelings for each other have their filters removed, resulting in outward affection allowed to be expressed.
Whether they choose to act on this expressed affection after they wake up is open to further interpretation, but I'm willing to bet that they'd totally act on it. Since now that they know they like one another, there's nothing holding them back from getting together since there's absolutely no chance of either of them rejecting the other.

I haven’t the slightest clue why people think that the kissing is “inappropriate for children,”. Every other Disney film ever made has a kiss scene in it, why should having two females kiss be any less “sexual “? What about kids who are raised by two moms or two dads? I spent a lot of time digging into what emotions to expect from them. For those maybe looking for what is going through their heads:
The idea is that Rainbow doesn't really know what "romance" is. Was never something she considered. Hence, Rainbow tries to act all sly at the start and uses a lot of cliche or corny moves. One of them gets her thrown into a situation she wasn't expecting. Once actually thrown into a potentially romantic situation, she freezes and does not know how to handle it. She goes ahead and kisses Twi, but Twi's reaction wasn't what she was expecting. Thinking she was shot down, Dash runs away. Twi is more confused then anything.
Dash lets her emotions take hold a bit before leaving, but tries to stomp it down as "tough ponies don't cry". When she is yanked when trying to take off, she is confused, but realizes why and gets a bit scared. She tries to pull away to prevent being scolded or punished for her actions.
Once back inside, Rainbow is embarrassed and tries to hide her shame. Twi gives her a sympathic look and the rest is fairly straight forward. While backing out, the lights dim to symbolize privacy (not sexual, as symbolized at the end).
Why is Luna there? Was it a dream? If so, who's was it? That I will leave up to the viewers to decide. ;) (She isn't meant to be a "peeping Tom", though. Hence, she turns away.)

Wolf Pendergrast A bit of both. I felt the it was a small bit of comedy added to a serious moment. Having such be a focus would imply the wrong ideas, so it was kept subtle and mostly off camera.
