Hello, guys! Today, I prepared a new egg recipe loved by both kids and adults
These easy-to-make fluffy egg muffins are great for breakfast!
You can also make vegetable omelette muffins if you don't want to add chicken sausage(or any other kind)
➤ Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 1 chicken sausage
- 4 tbsp milk
- scallion
- olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
➤ Tips
- You can use any kind of sausage instead of chicken sausage
- If you want vegetable omelette muffins, you can skip the sausage
(If you skip the sausage, add a pinch of salt when frying the vegetables)
- It is okay to use cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella cheese

My family has enjoyed these for years. My wife makes them up and cooks them in these really small muffin tins (only about 1” diameter).
Super convenient little 1 bite egg frittatas.
Can add bacon/ham/onion....... basically ANYTHING. Any quiche or omelet you’ve ever enjoyed can be mimicked.
*theyre also good cold (but when stored in Tupperware in the fridge they can get ‘wet’. Line the container with paper towel then use a piece of parchment paper to keep the egg from the towel. Then just change the paper towel if it seems wet.)
I found out that it's good even when it's cold, so I'll have to try that next time! Thanks for the good tip😊😊
@@haeum_cooking - wife cooks up enough Sunday night, so that we can have em as a ‘grab & go’ breakfast right thru till Wednesday. (After 4 days might be ‘iffy’.)
