I missed the moment why the model became solid after the plant cut. I've tried to repeat the whole process with my model, but it remains "empty" after I've done the plane cut. Any ideas how to fix that?

Hi, great video! I have one question: when smoothing the boarder I select and expand the ring but when I attempt to “smooth boundary” nothing changes despite moving the smoothing slider up. Any idea why this is happening?
