The gag is that Peppermint is older than Bebe 🤣🤣 the shade from Mo! But it’s all In fun of course! This conversation is important.
The gag is Bob said that Bebe's age on wikipedia is inaccurate 😅
@@coonalisa230 lmfaoo!!! That makes it even more funny
Lol I love that no one knows Bebe's age. Every source is a different age 😂 A true diva
Bebe's real age is a medical mystery
Even if I saw birth certificates I would never believe PEPPERMINT is older than Bebe. And that's no shade to Bebe she's a beautiful Queen but I've got eyes
" She's also seasoned" Bebe was quick with that comment HAHA
I love thiss. I hope they'd post more full episodes.
There are 5 more episodes, they are all available on OUTtv.com

Mo’s makeup is truly a werk of art!
And her entrance look as an eyeball!!!! 😮😻 creativity knows no bounds
I hope this gets enough love so the production quality can go up
Production or not the Conversation is quality enough
This panel needs Nina Bonina Brown, as a guest, tea.
Shout out to BeBe and Shay for sitting dainty throughout the whole show...
This was really great!! Lots of learning and love in the conversation.
This is awesome and all my fave -- why has this only been recommended to me in March 2023??
love this series!! I’d love for it to be longer
completely agree - there were a lot of times where I wish the conversation kept going
Great episode, I wish it was longger! Please, @OUTtv, improove the audio quality.
I need Nubia Amplified and TransLation on UA-cam for free please. These are conversations everyone should have access to and needs to hear! This is very important despite how uncomfortable it makes white and/or cis people bc you know how they don’t hear what they don’t want o hear. Everyone needs to know that black trans people are the backbone of the queer community
You can watch all episodes of Nubia Amplified and Translation o OUTtv.com
It was nice to watch the Bob, Shay and Bebe show. It's nice to have a talk where 3 people can really share their opinions and discuss important things.
What a beautiful panel of 5 STUNNING entertainers, queens & most importantly, people! ❤
I felt like I was sipping tea with a room of talent. Thank you for the invite.❤
This is amazing. It should have been longer
I always enjoy when there’s multiple perspectives on various issues, however I think when you have such strong personalities there needs to be something in place that allows ALL voices to be heard at every point. Mo Heart wasn’t able to get a word in until halfway through the session. Bob is great and a great talker but they often over speak and their voice takes over the conversation.
yeah..with sibling rivalry..its fine because its between two people but for five people involved..u cant be the only one talking and talking
I think when you're a man dressed as a woman you might want to leave the conversation of "appropriation" to people that aren't such incredible hypocrites.
@@angiew2324 girl get out. Crossdressing has been a thing since the ancient times and are part of practices of numerous current cultures today, such as in Africa and Japan, and no harm has come from them.
Meanwhile, unlike "gender appropriation", cultural appropriation is actually harmful as it exploits threatened cultures and further cements racist and xenophobic stereotypes.
@@Val17282 Cultural "appropriation" is a term used by radical leftists - typically Americans - most of the actual cultures you're pretending to defend think you're being ridiculous. They're not offended because they see it for what it is, cultural _appreciation._
On another note, a white girl can wear her hair in braids & not be appropriating anything - no one owns braids, all ethnicities & cultures have used them - but a man _cannot_ be a woman in ANY culture; he is attempting to _appropriate_ womanhood..
You don't even realize that you're proving my point about the hypocrisy for me.
what a lovely video! i would love to hear a extended version of this where they are all able to talk in-depth about each topic. amazing job everyone!
The uptick in bobs voice cracks me up every time
This roundtable is important. Perspective, story, etc… is important to share to create a better world. Give it up to these artists for doing Gods work. 😀 you hear their struggle and their hurt. They have so much to say because often minorities don’t have a stage/platform/audience. Get this out to the masses.
Wow, I’m just now getting to see this table talk 11mo after it was posted. But what a wonderful table talk it was! ❤
That was what I needed to see and I felt like I learned a lot from this. Others need to see this and share this video because of the stories, experience, beauty and the artistry
I need more. Will there be other episodes?
You can watch the rest of the series on OUTtv.com
I love to hear Shea Coulee's input on these great topics...
I love the homage these queens always pay to block women. It feels so nice to be celebrated and join in with the LGBTQIA celebration. I swear, black women are the blue print.
I love this and it's so damn important to see... but also I can't help but love Mo walking around as a giant eye. It's so over the top that I love it so much.
The panel, the host, the topic, the ending song. ICONIC!! ❤️😍
Not MoHeart calling Bebe old 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣
WE WANT MORE OF THIS CONTENT ASAP!
Monique is so fuckin cool.
this is sooooo freaking good, just need a Director to point things in the right direction and let everyone get a work in.. wanted to hear more from Pepermint
Who thought it was a good idea to keep Mo's face covered, mama I'm here for the expression the responses her beautiful mug all i see is Mike Wazowski here from monsters inc
I haven’t seen any hetero/cis women as drag artists so it may be wonderful but I love, love, love drag just like this!
I would like a whole season of this please and thank you
The rest of the season is available on OUTtv.com
I was so impressed by Sheas awareness about cisgender women needing to spend our lives trying to play Down our sexuality and femaleness in order to avoid male attention. I'm 63 years old and come from a time when it was not considered inappropriate or criminal for men to grab a strange woman's breast or her butt without consent . As a young girl who developed early I was regularly grabbed or felt up and down as it used to be called on a regular basis. By boys and men. The outcome I stopped eating so there was nothing to be grabbed and started dressing like a boy. What is very sad is because I am Skinny with Blonde Hair and blue eyes I have been called privileged. If being molested from the time I was a child by any male old or young who thought I was an object is being privileged I am very confused. Thank you Shea. If my Son had this kind of awareness I would feel beyond blessed.
Please let us know how to catch this series in Europe. It is important that we listen to these voices and that we learn from them.
Bebe we need to discuss this Tommie Ross origin story. Inquiring minds and all. And for the young ones look her up. You will not be disappointed.
Can I just say - Charlie Pride was always acknowledged as a country music artist. Darius Rucker also had no problem with being recognized and played on country radio. Old town road had problems bc it’s a dub step. And classic country is a combo of slave spirituals as well as Appalachian white hillbillies. It’s a kaleidoscope of culture. Nobody can claim ownership over art - imho.
Edit: Don’t forget Yola … a black British woman… she’s loved in country music. She opened for Chris Stapleton at Madison Square Garden. I’m gonna listen to “Ride Out in the Country” right now - I suggest y’all do too.
While I love all the cast. I feel like the conversation is a bit overstuffed and undercooked. Too many voices, but not enough time to hear them all.
People I love talking about things that are important 🎉
I wish there was an extended version of this. I was purely listening while working on projects, but when the conversation got so heated and passionate, it got cut off, most likely for the sake of fitting everything that needed to be discussed.
I loved this with all my heart and soul!
Thank u for listening and reading the comments cuz this was needed
4:38 is that BOB? As a young white boy in Scotland people were ALWAYS SHOCKED by my use of the language and they would always comment how beautifully I spoke… because I didn’t use any slang or curse words
Why did I not know about this sooner???
Questioning whether sis gender women should be able to do drag immediately after discussing appropriation is incredibly ironic & hypocritical at the same time. However, I love these discussions because it’s very topical.
This is just so much magic and power, thank you beautiful Queens ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
As an actual black woman, I argue that being drag is a blatant display of “appropriation”. Breasts are uniquely a female attribute. The term “queen” has historically been used to describe female royalty. The list goes onnn. So please, tell me: How is THIS [men wearing women costumes] not appropriation?
Fellow black woman here and I agree with you. It feels like a mockery of womanhood.
I stumbled in here and saw this "debate" or whatever it's called. I have never heard so many stupid things being said in one cluster.
I guess fat men are women now cuz titties.
“Beautiful people, heyyy” 💀💀
I needs another season of this
I miss Bebe
10 minutes in and Mo is just looking stunning. Silently. Girl, Bebe you are losing this challenge moderating…. You better know the words to the song.
12:16 “The Artist Who Used To Be Known As Drag”
So, these drag performers are talking about appropriation?
They put on costumes to be treated like women, and they are upset about appropriation?
🙄🙄🙄
I wonder if they get the irony of this.
Probably not. 🤦♂️
WHERE CAN I WATCH THE OTHER EPISODESSSSS😍
All 6 eps are on OUTtv.com (or Froot.tv if you are in the UK/Ireland)
Hold up…are they complaining about cultural appropriation whilst trying to appropriate womanhood? 🤔 🤦🏼♂️
I loved this!
This is what I love to see
this is perfection. absolutely stunning queens with really valid opinions that should be heard but honey... the sound quality hurts my ears
When the queens got into the situation involving newer queens, and whether they get where they are in this moment, I think it goes to show how a lot of education regarding queer issues is truly needed. If you study music, you don't try to argue you're the first person who used a saxophone, or who uses Jazz in their music, because you must have gone through music training. You don't go around saying The United States of America invented representative democracy because you studied a little bit of World History. There has to be more formal educational training on queer issues, culture, and history, and their censorship through the years has done exactly what it intended to do: thrown a bunch of queens who simply don't know about queer history and drag history into thinking they are the trail blazers or they are alone or that the foundation that is there was always there, not realizing the blue print was already established by someone else, sparing them the drama, divisiveness, and obstacles they could have overcome sooner if they had been armed with that knowledge.
In short, yes, young queens can show they don't know their past, but I'm willing to give them a little bit of grace.
Now, if they're still an asshole after getting schooled, honey, THE LIBRARY IS OPEN!
This needs to be on TV already!! I better get an invite if you girls get on
Nubia Amplified airs on OUTtv and the full series is available to watch on OUTtv.com
@@outtv Can you please read the comments and take them to heart. The audio quality def needs to improve. We know jus the beginning but the audio quality needs improvement
Let Mo speak
Bebe truly be here looking like Muva in that intro.
Bob, Shea and Peppermint came prepared.
LOVE YOU BEBE
Having the vixen and Monet here would've been a gag
Love this
There is always this generational dissonance discussion in any creative field. Older musicians, artists, designers, and performers of all kinds end up complaining that the young whippersnappers don’t even know who they’re emulating or why. Also, speaking of art, MO’s dress is brilliant!
What did Mo say about K Michelle? I can't hear
she cant get funding for an independent album
Every topic of this video feels like it's just cut right when we're getting to the interesting part. What's this edit ??
MO HEART. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
yesss i love this
And yet these dudes have no problem appropriating womanhood
Bebe is flawless
One think...TRAUMA makes the best ART
I had to google "Tylor Perry" and I saw it and thought oh! OK, he is performing Drag, as Bebe put it so clearly. It is not Drag Queen artist, is a performer that did Drag. Love it! I suppor 100% also Pepper!
Oh and so many delicious words, thanks for that to all of them! Please longer videos, maybe about just one topic. Please better Audio (maybe is the place/Space not the best). Please more voices that are Aware or from times before tiktok or even UA-cam!
It's only semantics. Tyler is a part time drag queen.
I wish this was 4 episodes not 1
There are actually six episodes, the other 5 are available on OUTtv.com
I understand what they are saying about cultural appropriation, but are they not at the same time appropriating women?
Bebe the mom
Shea the favourite child
Pep the auntie who everybody talked about
Bob the crazy auntie
Mo heart the witch cousin
When Bebe be talking about appropriation in a straight hair wig. Girl.
Love to listen and learn ♥️
❤
So did okcurrr come from laganja or was that a thing before her? 🤣
This is absolute wisdom!
I think the guy meant that Bob was a very eloquent speaker. I don't think he meant anything bad by this cause theres alot of ratchet sounding non black queens. But you can also choose to take things in the most negative fashion.
More!
how did peppermint predict daya Betty "copying" crystal methyd
Yes, Misty Eyez and Misty Maven are many peoples internet drag mother
This panel is fucking amazing and I wish I could get this at least once a week!
Glad you love it, you can all episodes of Nubia Amplified on OUTtv.com
Bebe hair looks crispy 😶
Where is NINA BONINA OSAMA BIN LADEN BROOOOOOWN....?
On her negative youtube page
The conversation quickly turned into a rant on contemporary drag
Men appropriating womanhood, complaining about appropriation
That was way too nice ❤
Female appropriation.
WowPresents+ fumbled not making this
Bebe is just like stfu Aquaria should be in jail
Complaining about cultural appropriation while engaging in gender appropriation is next level ignorance
It’s an all around lack of respect for the people who have ran you could walk. In music, drag, culturally, etc. this social media generation can be straight up disrespect and that’s why their quality level lacks and longevity doesn’t last.
Is Mo heart doing okay? In moments I see her daze out a lot. It seem like something is wrong, been seeing it on uk vs the world. Love u Mo ❤
WHEN IS EPISODE 2?!?
