Thank you for this informative video. Please do a video focusing on designing a rotary table for underwater application. Guide us in the selection of machine elements and motor.
Hi. 8:45 Can you explain a bit more why face-to-face is more suitable in bending moment conditions? I thought back-to-back is more appropriate since the distance between the effective load centers is large, therefore this type is suitable if moments are applied.
10:31 , you say that its more suitable to use face to face for bending moment , but in my lectures they say otherwise and that back to back should be used.
From where we can get standard table like roughness, hole and shaft basis tol., socket head bolt size, thread table, drill bit chart, pneumatic cylinder block dimension for Model etc to Improve design process.
Sir Which side is face and back in bearing. ? How to identify? What if I use a spacers between two bearings? And spacers spec and limitations? Please kindly answer if possible thank you.
At 04:48 You can see, if bearing outer race is fixed, we can apply load only from left side, because only then inner ring half shoulder will touch and press the ball on outer race half shoulder. So left side is the face of the bearing. Or just for identification, the shoulder side of the inner race is the face. Spacer between bearing - we can put spacer in between bearings in both back to back and face to face to preloaded adjustments, I have discussed all these things in too much detail in the next upcoming video. 👍
The example in the contact angles segment shows the load applied to the back of the bearing which conflicts with your examples in the arrangement section. This made the video somewhat confusing during first watch
@@mastermechanicaldesign 6:20 Is the load path correct? IMHO the load should go from inner ring to the outer ring of the active bearing (right bearing)
Salut camarade, you do a wonderfull work. You can be proud of it, very kind of you.
My pleasure 😊
Teşekkürler.
Thank you so much ❤️
Great Videos and Presentation.... Thanks alot
So nice of you
Thank you. That was greas explanations.
Fine explanations Mrs, you have my subscription.👍
Thanks for the subscription! 😊
All of your videos are really useful and i share it to more than five people They also feel happy
Thank you so much 😊 my pleasure
Wow great video ,
Thanks Sir
So nice of you
Thank you. You solved my problem. Now I no what I need. Cheers 🍻
Waiting for next video
😊😊
Amazing education
Thank you sir for informative videos ❤
You welcome 🤗

Great suggestion!
Supper
Thank you very much I am clearly able to understand 😊
You are welcome 😊
Thanks a lot sir, i am really grateful to you 🙏🙏🙏
You most welcome ❤️ thank you so much
Thank you sir.
Most welcome
Hello Sir, please make videos on Hardware selection like screw or bolt, type of washers
Okay Naguvandali, Noted 👍

@mastermechanicaldesign please explain a bit.

🤨🤔
Thanks a lot. We are also in the same field
You welcome

Just search on Google, and make sure the standard Like DIN or ISO.
or search like Surface roughness ISO standard, probably you will get PDF file.
Very useful content, thank you! Would be even better though without the distracting background music.
Noted!
Please mention shaft and housing tolarance bro.
Sure!! in septate video
What is reason thrust bearing installed in outboard???
outboard ? i dont understand

@@mastermechanicaldesign thank you, Sir
Waiting for new video.🙏
i think that the back to back arrangement is the most suitable for radial loads not the face to face
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
😍😍😍😍
Sir can you please share vd about bearing housing, bearing caps design.
Video about bearing housing ?
Yes sir
Tapper roller bearing back to back centre distance how to design
You mean how to design "housing" for tapper roller bearing in Back-to-Back arrangement?
❤️👍👍
