On a interview with Louis Grammatico he mentioned Paul Rodgers, Steve Winwood and Steve Marriott.

You need to check them those two excellent lps! I got the two original lps when I had a radio show at the U of Iowa in 1975. Lou autographed them at Council Bluffs, Iowa Amphitheater around the mid 2000s.

I chauffeur for bad company's record label Swainsong Record label in 1978 fort Worth, tx
Paul was in his worse time with drugs. When he was singing I can't get enough of your Love... I told one of the coked-up executive s and he agreed. I was on the side of the stage watching him foul up. I still love Paul Rodgers he's really shaped up. He's my favorite singer along with Lou gramm few other blue-eyed soul singers like Daryl Hall and Sammy Hagar.

I was a dj at the u of iowa when this and the 2nd lp came out in 75. I still got both of those lps. The lead guitarist Don Mancuso and Louis Grammatico signed both lps in Council Bluff, Ia. 8-2006
Lou Gramm also signed my two Foreigner 5.1 DVD AUDIO JACKETS. I sold them last year for $40 each on Ebay. But I still got the 2 signed lps of Black Sheep.

This is much better than the commercial music put out. This entire album is incredible. Lou Grammatico's (Gramm) voice is so powerful and beautiful hear. The band as a whole just intertwines and blends so beautifully. Whereas a lot of Foreigner is contrived and created to sell to the mass market, Black Sheep created purely from the heart. It's evident and you can hear it clearly. The 2nd album was good too but this LP was a masterpiece.

Amazing is more like it. It should have been Black Sheep that got famous. Record Industry had something else in mind however. SAD.

@@daviddrennon4089When they lost all their equipment in a highway accident ..lost their tour with Kiss and Capitol wouldn't help them..that really sucked..Lou Gramm was heartbroken.💔😔
