2:00 when she missed and instead of getting frustrated he just said “it’s not easy.” I had too many coaches who never admitted when a drill would be difficult and expected perfect performance always. But recognizing difficulty makes us work harder to accomplish something better, instead of getting us down. I’m about to start coaching myself so I really appreciate the constructive criticism, encouragement and drills. Thank you!

No one should ever restrict your breathing from a face diaper doing activities. What state are you in? Mask are about unless as the current president. Just saying.
