- Doing a full walk around on how what the tower farms look like now with our version 3 of our greenhouse. I discuss the central drip irrigation system and show you some of our produce. After that I walk around also in our hugelkulture raised bed expansion area to show you guys all the progress over the past few months. The farm will soon be in full production and I can't wait for the day to dial everything in!

Im a Filipino working in one of the largest vertical farm here in Canada and it’s so nice to see that this industry is making way to the Philippines. Vertical farming is the future of the agriculture industry. Amazing job keep it up! 👍🏻
Thank you any suggestions for us to improve?
I work at GoodLeaf Farm here in Canada you can look-up on how technology is used in our indoor farm. It is really amazing how we can grow crops all year round given the 4 seasons we have here😊
@@AngieMeadKing, you said cooling the air inside your green house doesn’t decrease humidity. Humidity will not decrease by cooling the air until you reach the dew point temperature (check the psychrometric chart). When that’s reached, you will fog up the place and theoretically moisten up the area as in rain in the afternoon or fog in the morning. That would not be possible just by moving outside air to the inside. The only way to do that is by AC where water molecules of incoming air is condensed by by the AC. Caution: an undersized AC is never going to work.
Sana dumami pa yung mga ganitong klaseng investment this will help our food security hinde puro nalang tayo importations. Thank you sa vlog more to come!
Thank you
this is one of the best modern and beautiful farm I've seen so far in PH
Miss Angie is the ideal leader cause she knows her craft so well and you get a glow really explaining in detail what your passion and business is all about which I find so admirable, no wonder all the blessings!
🙇♀️
From Cars to Farms, ohhh my, this is my kind of content, thank you for sharing this!
Oh been waiting for this update❤❤❤Thank you Angie
Amazing 😊 With your family's expertise in the hospitality business, perhaps you'll consider integrating a wellness center to the farm with guests enjoying ultra fresh produce throughout their stay 😊
Such an inspiration. I have always dreamed of having my own farm, starting from polytunnel, and now vertical farming. It is just so hard when you're suffering from paralysis by analysis. Someday I will start my own vertical farming and indoor shirmp farming. Thank you.
A very high tech.way of raising vegetables.I'm a retired Agri.teacher and i like the way you've explain your water system and i'm happy that you have contributed much in feeding the burgeoning population.I'm proud of you.Keep it up!
Thanks a lot
I'm happy about the progress in your tower farm ❤❤❤
Your cameras were so good❤
Love watching the greenery again.❤
Sana dumami pa itong vertical farms! Its time for the Philippines invest in food security.
Thank you, that's my wish also
Very informative vid, thank you! Followed through ur farming journey since pandemic, glad you and your team found what works best for your place. God bless you and your team!😍
what god?
Thanks for the updates in your Tower farm. You still continue to improve whats the best for your vegetables. You always supplies the best vegies in your Hotel Ava.Your green house is really awesome.
Wow! 67 huge kulture beds 👏🙌😍 super blessed 🙏💚💚💚
Were working hard to grow more veggies all the time
Wow. Your vegetable farm is so amazing, and very inspiring
I heard planting marigolds around plants help deter insects and pests you may want to try it to a few. I'm happy how king farm has improved! I watched your vlog before when you were just starting the vertical farm with a few towers...now it has bloomed you are inspiring
Its been a long time and Im happy that we can now say were a farm!
Not sure you need this enclosed green house, you a fine mesh like tulle to prevent pest but allow air flow not sure if there is fine wire mesh. This type of green house is for temperate climate.
Miss Angie i work with Aiconditioning company i suggest you transfer your exhaust fan above hot is on top since its lighter in weight cool air in below since its heavier so for maximum removal of hot air put the exhaust fan above
I think your right
Yes stormchaser… is right. Warm air goes up. Cold air sinks.
Keep supporting agri business please, its very noble 🙏🏻
Congratulations for trailblazing this technology. Wishing you all the success and good fortune on your ventures.
Congratulations Angie. I am not into this but my diet is 50% greens. Thank you for the additional learning. Happy to see the curly lettuce thicker, it will last longer, I guess.
Woah!..super impressed.......
Innovation forward❤the progress is amazing. The future is brighter--. Thank you for sharing 😮❤.
Finaly the farm....❤❤❤❤
That is really cool 😎
First time I’ve seen this.
Hope it all works out for you.
😎😎😎👍👍👍
Amazing vertical farm, congratulations.
Love the garden it looks amazing I wish it was in my backyard❤
Great ideas very functional and efficient 👍
check the wind direction/flow or source of air with respect to the orientation of your greenhouse. plus the elevation/ level of the greenhouse.
We love you Angie Mead King❤❤❤
Amazing! Its an engineering paradise. Lots of IOT and microcontroler automation applications can be done there.

Awesome content as always,
Appreciate it!
Aside from the Porsche's, This is one of my favorite features on you channel. Look at em Lettuce go!. Thanks for sharing!
Hehe Thank you
Maybe providing an opening on the ceiling will reduce hot air accummulation, a raptor design. Hot air goes up, always.
❤that is amazing
Amazing! amazing! amazing! and you just started this during the pandemic right? WoW!
2016 farm 2019 towers

Your works area amazing!
Thank you! Cheers!
Inspirational
Good job.
awesome 👌😊
wow ang ganda po
What a beautiful farm! Congrats from Germany ☀️☀️☀️
Danke schon
Install a misting system on the the ceiling, that will help to cool down the greenhouse. We grow broiler chickens here in Canada, we have a misting system for hot weather and it also helps with the humidity 😊
Cannot in our high humid environment
Angieeee, would love to get a full farm and a car collection tour
impressive you know your stuff :) I always wanted to work with people bridging tech and agriculture
👍🏼
Ang ganda po ng tower farm.wish din po namin ng partner ko magkaroong greenhouse.meron po kami maliit yun lang po kinaya ng budget (Rade HydroFarm)
Try fruit bearing ones too. Strawberries hanging there and you just pick the fruits and eat it right away. And hanging tomatoes! ^_^
i love this. 1 million likes from me❤❤❤❤❤
ang galing!
Ganda ng farm at ang ganda mo girl, parang di natanda 😊
This is very neat, I'm gonna build a farm just like yours.
Let's go!
You are absolutely amazing there's no doubt about it you are very knowledgeable I find this very interesting
Glad you think so!
@@AngieMeadKing yeah your agriculture greenhouses and Tower are awesome that's really cool
Hello Ms Angie 😍 i first saw you sa car racing youtube video and now i came across your farming youtube video 😍 nakakatuwa na enjoy panuorin both content
I do multi content!
@@AngieMeadKing 💕💕
❤❤❤
ohh Ms. Angie! those are kangkong to die for! 🔥
Galing naman
What is the temperature requirement for the greenhouse? You can add cool cell pads on one end to cool it down. Works like evaporative cooling.Same concept done with poultry houses
I think she mentioned that humidity is already too high, so evaporative cooling might not work
So beautiful...❤❤❤❤
Awesome , i love the farm updates , I cant grow much where i live as am basically at sea level (waterfront) so cop a salty sand soil . I have grown hydroponically , but would love to go aquaponic when the world collapses (lol) . I have a few ducks and chickens, just as well i love eggs ! 🐥❤
That's why I have the hugelkultur grow beds since my soil is basically clay, the beds allow us to keep all the nutrients in the bed and its easy to manage since its at waist level
@@AngieMeadKing I like your towers . I already have units linked together for growing in perlite and coco but it could easily add a tower system with 2m of 100mm pvc pipe for lettuce, strawberries etc . A quick cut and a heat gun would form the pockets and just extend the irrigation hose to the top of the tower 🙂.
Thanks again for the great vids Angie !
The Dept. of Agriculture might give out grants so you can purchase reefer trucks and other equipment. They support coops heavily.
di po yata kailangan ni angie ang grant hehehe
Idol. ❤
i need to go plant based to ange
Hello i just saw ur video about ur greenhouse and i noticed that there are indeed some issues regarding the ventilation of ur GH. My GH doesnt have uv plastic for walls but it has nets all around to let cool air in and out 24/7 and it also has an open space just below the roof to allow more air in thats why despite the heat the inside of my GH is a bit cooler because my gh is located in a windy area so the wind works for me a little dusty tho.
I keep the door open during daytime and i told my caretaker to close it at night.
we have a lot of pests here so I can't keep any door open
And black mesh to absorb the light energy and prevent it from turning to heat. You don't really need a greenhouse since you're neither installing aircon to cool down the plants nor do you need to trap the heat. I guess the roof is useful to control water intake via precipitation/rain. Is the greenhouse cooler than the ambient outdoor temperature?
we need it to stop pest and rain dilution in the system, temp inside is hotter than outside.
Idol❤
whenever I see the lettuces, only 1 thing comes to my mind: samgyup.. 🤭😆
i really envy your farm nice to see how ur farm is progressing…GOD bless
Thank you!
Amazing business and possibly farming cost & operation are not discouraging ?
for the hydrophonics, if you really want to achieve heat resistant greenhouse environment, change something on your roofing and flooring, making sure that the roof reflect heat and the floor absorb heat. Your current set up does not do that.
Just painted concrete white today
@@AngieMeadKing what's that other planting system that you put dried leaves, tree bark, branches and all kinds of organic things you put on top of the soil? I think there is a danger to that style because these things that are placed on top can collect water and you know what comes after that are all kinds of mosquito related diseases we can think of. That kind of system where you put branches or dried leaves on top of the soil (sorry I have not time to find out the right terminology to it) is no different from those gardens that are covered in plastics which only aims at keeping the soil most. Still, plastic covering can collect waters. The best solution is to cover the soil with mixed coarse sand gravel. Gravel can also help retain nutrients.
So you heave fresh vegetables every day 😊
Fab👍😊
I missed Lala!

horse manure good fertilizer and sugar left over from harvest
Hi Ms. Angie. Are you accepting visitors like farmers doing "lakbay aral" in your farm? So that they can see updates in agriculture. We have partner farmers and they are into traditional farming. Thanks 🙏
no we dont sorry!
Wonderful Angie..wish I could meet u..
Correct me if im wrong but the variety of lettuce in this video is olmetie am i right? That variety is very resilient during summertime. I accidentally left a box of olmetie inside my car all morning but they managed to survive the heat inside.
Yes !
