The SmallRig AD-Pro8 is a video tripod kit aimed at video professionals that features the company’s PH8 video head with counterbalance and a max. payload of 8kg. The extendable legs have a min. height of 58cm and a max. height of 196cm. The feet can be switched between flat feet for even surfaces and spikes for rougher terrain.

I love that this is finally a tripod that really comes with some height and is not so short like most other tripods.

Das ist leider über Budget aber ganz klasse mit dem Gegengewicht.
Schade, dass das Wetter noch so debressiv ist eure Aufnahmen sind bei Sonnenschein immer zu toll anzuschauen.
Die Verschlussmechaniken gefallen mir sehr gut! Leider schon oft passiert, dass einer gegen das Stativ läuft.
Der Schwenker läuft ja wirklich butterweich aber bei dem Preis sollte das auch so sein.
i love small-rig accessories but man that price is overkill i think i will stick with my old Sachtler ACE?

Counterweight is excpected from a pro tripod but I am not sure if this is worth the upgrade.

800 bucks is a lot but I guess for a pro like you it's a good investment any cheaper alternatives?
How would this compare to something from more established tripod brands like Manfrotto?
Alles schön und gut aber über 700 Euronen würde ich vermutlich dann doch eher bei den Italienern (Manfi) oder Miller lassen.

8kg ist jetzt aber nicht gerade leicht für ein Stativ. Dafür scheint es aber robust.
es kann bis zu 8kg tragen! Gewicht ca. 5.5-6kg
