Necrotic Nick- I have the new Temple of Dread already so that one will get covered in a collection update in the future. Not familiar with the other 2 but I'll look into them when I have some time.
Necrotic Nick- I may have ordered that in a bundle from 20 Buck Spin that'll hopefully get here soon. I'm not 100% on that since if I did order it then it was with a preorder for for this one and Neon Nightmare.
I’m in the middle of making my way through your video with Metal Meltdown so this one is certainly very appropriate. Definitely vile and vicious metal goodness.
in Trodden Flesh i got some Teitanblood vibes, and i was SOLD! ive ordered both albums from 'em , Christmas is coming early this year lol! i also ordered Black fck Cancer after review of Necrotic Nick back in '22.
Necrotic Nick- Teitanblood was one of the bands I was kicking myself for not mentioning here. Yeah, this thing is dark, evil and vicious as hell which was pretty much what I wanted. Hey! That's awesome you snagged that one courtesy of my review. Black Fucking Cancer rules!
@thrallsofmetal agreement on tht one, and the digipack cd from sentient ruin laboratories was very well made and high quality for a cd, thnx for replies and ill continue to follow your channel and ihave subscribed, i believe, have a good one and ill continue listening to dead congregation latest
This album kicks ass! It sounds like an album your parents would tell you is "The Devil's Music" and i'm all in. Its more manic and untamed Love the added use of church bells, the layers of vocals and "bad trip" atmosphere it gives off Not sure why they broke "Ruinous Paths To Babylon" into two tracks but..eh, And absolutely! The Black Fucking Cancer comparison, Nice! Just as good as Endless Wound. Kicks ass Shout out to Schammmasch as well
Necrotic Nick- I'm pretty sure if teenage me was caught listening to this I would have been put in therapy... a different therapy that I already wasn't in as a teen lol. The atmosphere is pure evil and it's so aggressively evil too. Black Fucking Cancer was one of the first bands I thought of listening to this one and I yeah, I don't get why they split up those 2 tracks especially since they were definitely going for longer tracks on this one overall. I'm gong to cover Schammasch in a collection update at some point so stay tuned!
I loved this new Black Curse album. I know Black Curse made waves back in 2020 with their debut Endless Wound which was a brilliant debut. The fact that they share members past or present with Khemmis, Primitive Man, Ulthar, Spectral Voice, and Blood Incantation made me really want to check them out. I absolutely love this new album of their and I think it even tops Endless Curse. The atmosphere is so dense and dark and the riffs and so crushing. Truly and great blend of black metal and death metal.
Necrotic Nick- I really dig this one though I still favor Endless Wound a bit more. They really drew out the songs more on this one which I like but at some points it became overload but overall I dug the whole violent, dark experience that was this album.
Enjoyed the review as always guys, i very much enjoyed this album, seems like there is so much great extreme music coming out thick and faster than ever. I have to say it is interesting to hear a review from someone who has less exposure to BM as well as someone with a great deal more. Cheers!!
Necrotic Nick- Thanks, man! Yeah, just the sheer amount of releases dropping this week has been insane and the amount of truly vicious albums is nuts. Jon's still figuring out what all he likes and dislikes in stuff that leans more toward black metal so I like that he has an outside perspective on this. Cheers, man!
@@thrallsofmetal OK, gave it a listen, and yeah, that debut is killer too. Bit of a grindcore vibe, I thought, at least in some places. I'm about to pre-order the Celestial Poisoning vinyl, though (doesn't come out until end-of-month for some reason). That record might well make my top ten for AOTY. Thanks for the recs man!
A couple records that you guys should listen too are Devenial Verdict and Temple of Dread and Earthburner too.
Necrotic Nick- I have the new Temple of Dread already so that one will get covered in a collection update in the future. Not familiar with the other 2 but I'll look into them when I have some time.
That Devenial Verdict is sick!
This album was freaking savage! Those 10-11 minute songs zip by like nothing.
Necrotic Nick- This was pure riffy evil and I dug it.
This is why i voted for it for a spooky time of the Halloween season
Necrotic Nick- This was definitely perfect spook season music.
With this release, Spectral Voice, and Blood Incantation, Denver wins metal for 2024.
Black death supergroup. You check out Concrete Winds? Similar vibe.
Necrotic Nick- I may have ordered that in a bundle from 20 Buck Spin that'll hopefully get here soon. I'm not 100% on that since if I did order it then it was with a preorder for for this one and Neon Nightmare.
This is one of my favourite albums of the year at the moment!
Necrotic Nick- It's pretty gnarly for sure.
I’m in the middle of making my way through your video with Metal Meltdown so this one is certainly very appropriate. Definitely vile and vicious metal goodness.
Necrotic Nick- I hope you enjoy that collab as much as we enjoyed doing it. It was a fuckin' blast hanging out with Melty once again.
Happy Halloween everyone
I'll blast this one later boys and then come back here with my rating and review and then I'll see y'all tomorrow morning!🤘
thnx
Hope we see a review of Mitochondrion's Vitriseptome (out Friday via Profound Lore).
Necrotic Nick- That's definitely on the docket for sure.

Love this one 9/10!

If it's as savage and evil as Endless Wound, then I won't be disappointed.
Necrotic Nick- It is but I'm not sure if it surpasses Endless Wound... but I'd also say it's close though.
Holy hell...yet another band that wasn't on my radar at all before this week, but I've been spinning this non-stop. Total monster, 4.5/5
Necrotic Nick- Yeah, this album is the epitome of dark, dissonant and savage as hell. If you haven't already I recommend their debut as well.

finally. top tier bestial black/death.
Necrotic Nick- It's damn good. Not sure if it beats Endless Wound for me but I dig it.
@@thrallsofmetal not sure either. Endless Wound was so good. need to listen to this some more, than I'll cast a judgement.
LIKE, Do a Band Shirt Video, of your collection
Necrotic Nick- I have so many shirts I wouldn't even know where to start and it would easily be the longest video I've ever shot if I did lol.
I mourn the absence of a Schammasch review, but oh well. This album slays, too.
Necrotic Nick- I'll be going over Schammasch in a collection update at some point so it's still getting covered.
I wonder what you guys thinks of Mesarthim - cosmic black metal goes rave...
Necrotic Nick- I have one of their albums but it's been a long time since I jammed it so I really can't say.
Yeah, I enjoyed this album. Nice review chaps.
Necrotic Nick- Thanks, man!
