Both are good and suitable for hair straightening purpose....but you get a better control of heat in hp8318 model...let's say personally if you feel that straightener us hot enough for your hair texture instead of switching it off... you can minimize the temperature work with it...
Or after you complete the hairstraightening on entire hair and you waana do a quick touchup for freshlook...you can fix the heat at minimum temperature and do a safe touch-up without putting unnecessary heat...
If u want to curl with strainer then which one should buy
