This year I have really fallen off of my hair care routine and I have been struggling with many bad hair days and shedding. This week, I attempt to slowly get back into my routine and start to incorporate my ayurvedic treatments.

Honestly, since first watching you till now I see a HUGE difference in your hair! Good that you're getting back on track!
I loved this candid video from the “just woke up like this “ to the moving the camera while it’s blurry to the photo shots for the thumb nail, unique and sooooo ordinary. I appreciate the stages. It’s perfectly imperfect just like life itself. Thank you showing me something normal. It’s so refreshing.
So glad you liked it! ☺️
Are you doing ok? 2020 has been pretty heavy on a lot of people. Make sure you’re also caring for your mental health. Your hair looks amazing and sometimes it’s tough to continue with your routines when you’re feeling down. I missed some monthly goal and basically all my weekly and daily goals. But now that I’m out my funk I’m knocking off my goals.
I was definitely in a funk for awhile there. But thankfully over the last month or so I have really been working on taking care of myself. Things are finally coming together and I’m doing well now!
I’m happy you’re out of your funk as well, hopefully we can finish the year on a high note! 🤞🏽
I’m glad your okay! Love and light
I wish you would have kept up with this style of hair videos. It reminds me so much of my favorite Korean Lifestyle UA-camrs....calming, not ranting, artistic not contrived. Really beautiful work!
Unbelievable how great your hair STILL looks. You say you got off track. Viewers see how well you have taken care of your hair previously & it is this PAST care that allows you to just jump back on track with still gorgeous hair to nurture. This video shows just how much it pays off to ALWAYS take care of your hair given that life will inevitably throw us all off of our game at times. Thx for being genuine.
Such a soothing video for a chaotic year. I hope you are doing well mentally 💜 and have a good support system during tough days. Sending lots of love and peace your way. Great video 💜
This video motivated me to do a - very nessecary - hair treatment today 🙌🏽😄
Oh my god! This was soooo soothing and calming, i didn't want it to end, i can watch you like this for days! Thank you so much for making this video❤️
Happy you enjoyed it!
Love the style of this video, so soothing! Happy you're getting back on track, your hair is beautiful.
I absolutely loved the curls dried with the diffuser. They looked controlled and hydrated. By the way 2020 will be just an afterthought, take care of your mental health, stay positive and you will be ok. Kisses 💕
I love this! This year has been tough. I've been lazy and neglecting my hair and skin too but decided this past week to get my routine back in order, so this video came just at the right time for the extra bit of motivation!
Thank you and I wish you and everybody the best for the time ahead!
Glad I’m not the only one!
Gosh this was soo relaxing to watch. Love how creative you are with your videos ❤️😍
Our hair is so similar. Your hair looks so good after the diffuser too! Such a relaxing video for something that can be seemingly chaotic at times. & glad to see you are taking care of YOU ❤️🙏🏾
Your hair after the diffuser...the results were impressive!👌🏾I keep every Shea Moisture product you used in the video in my stash. The video was calming to watch🥰
Your hair looks so good especially after diffusing, your curls are more defined
Loved the presentation...excellent work and creativity. Thank you 🙏.
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it ☺️
I can't get over the quality of this video, your beauty, and gorgeous hair! ❤
Missed your videos!! Happy you are taking care of yourself and prioritising your happiness!! Wish you wellness and abundance! Thank you for your lovely videos!
I love your channel so much and I’m glad you had the time to post! Thank you for being honest, I feel like a lot of people got away from the usual routine. I had some information overload and was thinking more than doing until recently. I hope everyone’s rest of the year and on goes great and I pray that you are well now and can hold on to it. Have a wonderful day and thanks for giving my kittens and I something useful to watch 🥰🧘🏽♀️😇
the hair is a pretty color! I'm excited to see how it looks on you.
Hello sister. I love, love, love your channel. You have a gentle and warm spirit and are just simply beautiful. I am going to try your treatments and try to be consistent. Please continue making more videos, stay strong and be blessed.
I love your style. This video ia so soothing to watch and listen too. Thanks for your careful approach to creating this video.
The diffuser seems to dry the curls in place. I like that. Also, can you please make a video on how you make aloe juice? I loved your video on aloe gel.
Great editing and aesthetics. Less is more sometimes. Music was soothing and instructions clear.
I’ve just rewatched your videos from 1-2 years ago, your hair has grown SO much 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
2020 had been a rough year for all our hair. Hopefully in the years to come it gets better
I just love your content. Your videos are so soothing and they make me want to do better for my hair and body. Your hair has grown so fast!! ❤️🤗
Love how u showed us "behind the scenes" footage of ur thumbnail techniques 💕💕💕 u seem so sweet
I need to get me a large bucket for my henna rinses now that it is getting cold outside. I would use the hose in the summer. Looking beautiful as always. Be well. They say incorporating Amla helps keep original hair pattern. You might of even said that as well. I can’t remember any more.
I’m a new subscriber. I really enjoyed this video. I actually enjoyed that it was silent yet communicated a ton of information.
Love, love, love the braids! Thank you for posting this video. Take care🙂
Thanks for your candor and for doing this video. I hope you are doing well. Your hair is beautiful, however you know your hair and when it is not at it's best. I know it will recover soon. The blow dryer and diffuser did a beautiful job on your wash and go. Take care of yourself. Peace, Love and Light!!!
And what a smooth way to end the video! You always impress!
I love this honesty. I need a restart with my hair and this gives me motivation.
Your hair looks amazing! Sending you love and healing
So glad to see you back! You motivate me on this hair care journey 🤎✨
Omg your second day hair is beautiful!! Also, I love how i can see just a hint of the red henna at 12:47 it's such a pretty burgundy color. I've been scared to try henna but the color doesn't look as bad as i thought it would!
Love your videos and your hair! Keep posting!💕💕💕 Your videos give me peace 😌🕊
Please! More videos like this. This is AMAZING and your hair is BEAUTIFUL as always esp at the end after the diffuser
More than happy to make more like this!
Another wonderful video!
One of the best videos I've ever seen 💖💖💖 loving your work. Keep going 😘
I will be accompanying you on this journey, no pressure, life can sometimes get in the way. I have fine hair and it falls out a lot. It is curly and some areas more then others. Just waiting on my henna!🌹❤️ thank you for Sharing!
Good luck on your journey!
❤you've taught me a lot I'm so happy to be a part of the natural hair community and you and curly and proud mane are the OGS of hair you've exceeded my expectations thanks sis keep on giving I look over all your vedios love you sis❤🎉
You are truly so beautiful inside and out! I can really see the difference in your hair. I love flaxseed gel but it makes my hair take a while to dry for some reason too (over 6 hours and apartment air doesn't help). I'm thinking of investing in a good diffuser and microfiber towel to make it dry faster
Wishing you better days ahead..Many blessings 🙏
Gorgeous video
What a beautiful song ❤️
I don't know why but this video was quite emotional for me. Love love the music❤
Same here. I got lazy because I knew I was home and had time to "do it another time." More than 6 months went by before I actually did my henna treatment. I'm finally back on my routine but not without some hair loss from damage.
Vy your videos are so calming, informative and beautiful. Thank you. Wondering if you can help me with my concern. I have to dye my hear every few weeks because I have lots of gray hair. The henna is great but my hair is black so I would have to do the henna one day and then indigo the next I honestly don’t have the time for this process, do you have another alternative besides the henna?
Thank you, very useful to see the products and routines in context, I find often the harder to understand is not the recipes or products' usage, but how they work together on a complete routine, so between washes. I'm trying to get a good hair routine back too and your content is soooo useful, thanks again a lot for that !
Just a little question, where did you get your molds for the flax seeds gel ? I'm obsessed with it from the very first video, and can't find anything approaching by my own... Thank you !
I'm happy you found it helpful!! And I just added the link for the silicone molds to the description box! Michaels also sells really beautiful ones as well!
@@VyalaBloom Thank you very much ! Well I'm from France so Michaels is not an option, or even amazon.com, but with the reference I've found something that looks like the same (but different brand name) on amazon.fr, so thank you very much !! Have a very nice day !
Well done video. Well thought out and yet gentle😍
Thank you!
Thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰
I just found your channel but I am enjoying it fully. I appreciate you showing us your split ends. Not all ladies on UA-cam will do that. I hope to see more videos from you and hope you're doing well!
Kristin
Thank you and welcome to the fam!
Just love your hair girl😀❤️😍....stunning curls and texture 🔥🔥
Gorgeous hair
Its almost as if the diffuser has poped in more curls! 😀
you are so pretty! personally my hair have high porosity, so they dry pretty quick
That color will look good on your skin tone
such a beautifaul girl..GOD bless you
Your hair is so beautiful
Beautiful
What's your hair porosity?
I'm following your routine cause my hair is low porosity it goes well with it 💯👌🏾
I'm sure to believe that so many have been getting off track with all that's happening in 2020, I sure have been... I really like that red hair color on you
Not going to lie I've probably watched this like 6 times already! Such a well put together video. If you don't mind, what do you use to edit? I love this video and the aethetics
Final Cut Pro!
@@VyalaBloom Thank you! I have a macbook so I may need to uograde form Imovie!
Hi... Ur smile is very cute n luvly...!!
Luv n regards frm Bangalore, South India.
Hi, I know henna will turn my grey orange so can I mixed up everything and use it right away? Maybe let it sit in my hair for 30 minutes without still turning my grey and vet some of the benefits
Hi! if you are worried about color I suggest looking into Cassia (also known as neutral henna) it has many of the same benefits as henna without the color!
You encourage me to use henna on my hair😍
I used growmax hair oil amazing results this hair oil is pure organic i bought this from Amazon
keep going my friend , you doing great 👑🌱

Hey Vyala - what's your mix? You have EXCTLY the same hair texture as me and I'm 52% European, 48% Sub-Saharan African with a little Native and North African thrown in.
Great video... how did you make the bars that your froze?
In the description box I have a flaxseed gel video that talks all about how I make those bars!
I do henna masks & glosses. How do you sleep with it in your hair overnight without it leaking/running down your neck & getting on everything after having it in a few hours? This happens to me a lot & i only leave mine in for 4-5 hrs max. I also minimize the amount of water I mix the mask with to leave it at a thicker paste to prevent leakage.
Hey Auriana! Here are a few things that have helped me...
1. have a thicker paste with less water (like you mentioned)
2. Pile all of my hair on top of my head after I apply the paste
3. I’ll put on a plastic conditioning cap to cover most of my head... and then I will use Saran Wrap and wrap my hair into place.... really making sure that the wrap is snug (but not too tight!) around my hairline.
Even with these tips the henna will still leak from my neck occasionally, especially if the henna is too wet. Sometimes I will place some paper towel under my beanie to catch any leakage, and I always make sure to sleep on a towel.
@@VyalaBloom ok thanks!
What’s the name of this song? Or the first song that’s playing
Love the small wooden bowl. Where did you find it?
Ikea!
@@VyalaBloom Thank you!
Hi, I have grey in my hair so the henna will turn it orange I think. Is there a substitute I could use
Cassia! Also known as “neutral henna” I don’t have experience with this herb but as far as I know it works in a similar was as henna does, without the color!
Thank you
So lemme guess, the fenugreek paste can mask the reddish tint that henna will leave on the hair?
I added the fenugreek for more softness and shine, but it will not mask the red tint from henna. Amla, brahmi, and indigo on the other hand are good herbs to turn the henna to a natural looking brown!
ahh honestly you are so beautiful ,your hair face beauty ahh so beautiful 🔥
Do u still purchase ur oils and clays from bulk apothecary? I've been wanting to stock up on my oils but after reading the 2020 reviews on a third party website I've been hesitant. Wat has ur most recent experience been like?
I have not ordered from them recently. But mountain rose herbs has not let me down with my oils, try those guys out!
@@VyalaBloom Okay I will. Thank u so much! Love ur videos!
Please I need help I want to remove henna from my hair, I used black hanna 😐
Hey please message me on instagram, I will help how I can
Could you possibly show us how to do the hairstyle in the thumbnail please?
Omgosh i was Wonderware you were!
You changed your name?
Yes I did! Sorry for the confusion, I have a post explaining everything! Happy you were able to find me again!
@@VyalaBloom i was scrolling the feed and saw your beautiful face. I clicked on the video so quickly. 🤗
Awe that made me smile. Thank you ☺️
You do not use shampoo?
Only about once a month. Otherwise a cleansing conditioner is what I use normally.
@@VyalaBloom im on natural since two months and i use shikakai powder for shampooing but sometimes i add a little bit of my vegan acure brand shampoo to it. And to condition i make my own coconut milk and hibiscus and bhinraj and fenugreek. Today i will try your refresh curls recipie as i just have some frizz that i dont like. Hope it works for me 😊
Wish I had your hair 😢
Never ever leave henna overnight
Plz
Welcome back Beautiful Lady! When you have time, please🙏 follow Dr Vanita Rattan. You will thank me later Xoxo 💕
I actually found her channel a couple of weeks ago! She has been very helpful, I’m learning a lot from her!
@@VyalaBloom Yeah me too, she's the best hey💕her tips and education saved my skin😍
Hi beautiful how are you have a question do you know good one black color Henna please if you know Send me the picture please please my love
Hey Elsa, if you want to dye your hair black, I would look into a 2 step treatment using Henna and Indigo. Henna Sooq has great resources on how to do this. I would stay away from anything that advertises itself as "black henna" as the chemicals used to create this color can cause severe and permanent burns.
What happened to your skin!!!
That’s what happens when you pick at your acne 🤷🏽♀️ hope you learn from my mistake haha.
You encourage me to use henna on my hair😍
