Its absolutely worth buying strategics from enclaves. The price is locked in from when you make the deal until it expires. Also, do mention that the opportunity cost of working clerks or maintenance jobs isn't worth not having a pop in a different job.
Just found out about this now after spending the past 6 hours min maxing my economy building mass habitats for these stupid strategics. This is for sure a game changer gonna do the same
Good work at production; Keep it up
Glad to have subscribed and I can’t wait for more stellaris content. This video mentioned automation, maybe you could do an automation video sometime
Love your videos, really helped me figure out how to play Stellaris. Sad to know you have only 38k subscribers
32k
"only"
Great video mate, cheers🤙
I like to run a razors edge in multiple resources, and use energy production(or trade value) with maybe one lithe main resource, to fund the rest of my economy.
Scrapping fleets is some kind of a joke from Paradox, right? I've acquired some fleets via annexing empire, you know, rather medium size forces, something between 20k-60k. I did not desired those old junks at all, so took those for scrapping... And it generated for me some silly few hundreds alloy, and after few days/weeks? enclave throws at me even more offensive "bonus"... So I don't know I just don't see any point in doing this. Maybe if I did this earlier, it would give me some tech present in those ships, still unknown to me?
Hmm, perhaps the techs which raise all mining/science stations output by a parcentage?
Nope, not a fan boy. Just wanted to watch a video about Stellaris not more hate. You are very knowledgeable and the video is professional looking. Best of luck.
As you gain experience, allowing stockpiles to grow that will in future be depleted helps in the nearly game by avoiding double paying 30% commissions.
On huge galaxy I use civilian economy and build up consumer goods to anticipate additional funding for research, then move into alloy production later.
Similarly a deficit may be no issue if you can plan a trade policy change.
The economy now seems easier, a recent run had terrible resource deficits after capturing the core worlds of a fanatical purifier, but taking the vassal ascension perk allowed trading excess cg/alloy for the basic resources.
So the game gives you many ways to resolve imbalances without too much pop disruption.
You cannot convince me that trade was running for 200 minerals per 2 energy
How do I take over an empire from the inside
what dlcs should i buy for this game
Utopia, for certain, should be first. Otherwise, its just the alpha build of the game in my opinion. Apocalypse is also great but may not offer that much value if you don't often get to the Mid/late game. Megacorp is great because it allows you to create an ecumenopolis as well as create many other mega structures. Still, if you don't get to mid/late game often, it might not be that useful, apart from the fact that it allows you to play as a megacorp. Synthetic dawn is awesome, get it as soon as you've got Utopia. Allows you to play as machine empires. Its really great. Federations is also great due to the additional origins you get and should be a high priority after synthetic dawn
In other words:
#1 should be Utopia
#2 should be synthetic dawn
#3 should be federations
The rest is your choice but maybe skip on Nemesis. I don't have it but from what I heard, it adds too little to be worth its price tag or the stuff it does add is extremely situational.
Also note that the top 3 will generally be different depending on who you ask but I think everyone can agree #1 is Utopia. Seriously. Before you think of getting another dlc, get Utopia dlc. It is also crucial to the mechanics of other dlcs too.
@@sufler5670 👍 thanks for helping out
if you download it from a cracked website you get all dlcs for free and multiplayer also works
I’ve been playing for a few years and my economy is always screwed. The Weimar Republic’s economy was better.
W dunk on jbp have a sub 🙏
do you intentionally speed up your voice? really hard to follow what you are saying at that speed. it's like trying to understand an auctioneer.
talk too fast
You can slow down speed of video.
Just listen faster, I would recommend.
@@tal5840 also, he speaks slowly
is this actually a real problem for some people? UA-cam has had a slow down feature for years now for the small minority of you
Wow people are butthurt about a video that went online a year ago just because it features 3 seconds of Jordan Peterson. People need to chill out
Came for the Stellaris, subbed for the Incel Kermit meme
Well, I do enjoy your content well enough but Im going to find a new channel.
No points awarded for the idiotic JP meme. Overall, very informative and useful guide though.
What’s up with the Jordan Peterson references?
What about them? Low hanging fruit humor is still humor.
He needs to touch some grass
@@Tespri Kinda rich coming from PDX players lol
@@NemeczeK101 pdx? Paradox?
Just because someone plays Paradox game every now and then. IT doesn't mean he spends most of their time playing games.
@@Tespri Right, ok sure.
angry comments/dislikes from jordan petersen fanboys incoming
Not a "fan boy" but his book changed my life. Political crap aside I recommend a read.
you mean fascists
@@isaaclai1636A lot of people don’t know what fascism actually means.
You can make the argument that the lockdowns that ruined the livelihoods of millions were done by a fascist government.
@@isaaclai1636you probably say that while being one. Lol
@@isaaclai1636you don't even know what facism is
Lol skillshare is dumb
Even though I honestly enjoy the content of your videos, it's still a big mistake bringing contemporary politics into the discussion. Just focus on the game.
Wow imagine getting upset about 3 seconds of comedy. You need to go outside my friend and touch some grass. Best of luck ♥️
Lmfao. Cringe
I mean, we find it funny but im sure a lot of people dont, so it might isolate them, idk it just seems like a bad idea to so blatantly bring up politics
@@chriswhite491 Nobody cares about a 5 second joke in a stellaris video. Anybody that does is thin-skinned enough that an apple would impale them.
@@theobrown123 how is he upset?
Unsubscribed. Last thing I want to do is think about politics when trying to enjoy gaming content.
I dont understand the obsession with Jordan Peterson??? Confused af
Easy target.
Has no idea of the situation
Clueless young teenager jumped on the social media bandwagon.
Better put less politics in the video and your view count may rise
the vast majority don’t care
Another woke...
??
Yeah…
Crazy how up and arms people get over a one off joke. Tribalism go brr
