      Competitive it’s definitely on a different level due to inventory but it’s always been competitive for a good property whether to buy or rent in LA.

      @@DarinEppich Maybe...but, even the LA Times has been reporting on the rental aspect of housing & they're saying (paraphrasing) that it's the worst they've seen in a LONG time, if not ever, for the same reasons you've mentioned. Some reports say, owners are trying to make up for all the "rental forgiveness" of the pandemic, when renters were able to skate by without paying, or only paying partial rent while owner's taxes remained the same.
