Oh my gosh I made these a month ago for the first time never cook beef nuts bones before in my life get them exactly how you told me to and they want me to cook more and I made about three pans and they came out excellent to taste is good everything was good thank you so much
Tfs this wonderful and very tasty recipe for beef neck bones. I just happened to buy some on sale then realized I didn't even know how to cook them. So I searched on UA-cam and your recipe was the first to pop up. I don't use/have the same no-salt seasoning as you but I do have my Uncle Lou's Corruption which isn't as salty as most all purpose seasonings and it works out just fine for me. Plus I like the idea of baking them in the oven. I plan on seeing if I can make a gravy out of the drippings. Got my fingers crossed
