Funny how the movie just sorta glosses over the fact that the Navi were the ones who instigated hostilities with the humans and then expects the audience to immediately take their side.
Remember men, 10 billion lives rely on this mission. Failing this means Earth descends into a global energy war. A few thousand xenos is an easy sacrifice to make!
I remember that when I watched this movie as a kid, while I could understand why the Na’vi wanted their tree, I was constantly bothered by the amount of needles hostility towards the humans, who were trying to cooperate with the Na’vi, yet were constantly attacked. I was also bothered by the fact that according to the movie, literal cavemen with bows and a bunch of animals were somehow better than mechs with 40mm cannons.
They're called human rights for a reason
Anyone who tries to portray humans as bad guys is a traitor to the species
Humanity First! Pandora is Terra Nova! The Milky Way is ours!
Always had been rooting for the humans. Remember folks, the universe is not easy for the loosers.
even if humanity was just attacking for no reason, i'd still be rooting for the humans.💀
To be fair for the depicted villains, humanity tried to be nice first, and the so-called hero betrayed humanity for some alien cooch
Funny how the movie just sorta glosses over the fact that the Navi were the ones who instigated hostilities with the humans and then expects the audience to immediately take their side.
you can't make humanity look this cool and then make them the "bad" guys 💀💀💀💀

The fact they wanted us to believe blue goobers with pterodactyls are capable of beating mechs, and flamethrowers still bothers me.
Least patriotic Helldiver:
It's ironic that Na'vi win ONLY because they have a human in their team.
r/Avatar be like:
Imagine putting the future of your species at risk to sleep with a blue alien💀
I would pay for a cut of Avatar where humanity wins, as that is the true ending.
The hypermasculine urge to fight for a prosperous humanity:
If all of humanity would be like this comment section, the galaxy would be a much better place
When you realise the protagonist betrayed his own species for a female xeno ☠️
The aliens were amused when they learned humans have rules of war
