I just have one thing to point out. A full stick of butter is 8 tablespoons. So a half stick would be 4 tablespoons. I dont know where the half stick or 2 tablespoons is coming from when a half stick is 4 tablespoons.
It’s best to eat it straight away as the sauce becomes thicker when it cools down. But in case of left overs, you could store this for 2-3 days in the fridge
Never ask why when it comes to honey! Just add it! This comes from 45 years of cooking! I was happy to see that they added honey! Someone else with some common sense for once! I’m so happy! And not enough to have a sugar hit either! Just the perfect amount!
I would have cooked it longer stirring all the time because it cooks the lumps out easier smaller faster . Then i dont have to whick out any lumps or leave them . Sometime you just get lumps i bet
I don’t always leave a comment on my own video, but when I do it’s to ask you to scroll up and smash the subscribe button. Thankssss! 🤘🏼

Can you use cheese slices of preferred cheese for this? Such as pepperjack?
Yes you can use slices. Just cut them small before adding to the mixture
I haven’t tried pepper Jack cheese myself but it’s a soft cheese made of cow milk and I think it would work as well!

How many days we can store it

Why honey???
Makes it a little sweeter. You can also replace honey for sugar or leave it out. I prefer a touch of sweetness 😋

I'm calling the police. Nacho cheese is supposed to be savory not sweet. Don't put honey in it.
