You should never attack someone for how they look. You have no idea how extremely damaging that is. Their self-esteem plumits to the groud, and all it takes is for them to hear it once and it's stuck in their minds forever, and though you may not know it, what took you 2 seconds to say, will stick with them for the rest of their lives.

I understand what it feels like to have nothing to offer career wise but the only reason I stepped into the medical field was because I started caring for the residents and didn’t like feeling useless. The medical field was never my dream job but it’s slowly becoming part of it because I’m finding a new love of wanting to properly take care of others and allowing God to take the best of me and pour it into my work. ❤❤❤❤ May God forgive and bless us all so we can love ourselves and not be so quick to attack other people.

As women we’re taught to compete with each other. That our only value can be found in receiving attention from men. The medicine to this, is lifting each other up, remembering that our worth is not measured by the validation of men or others. That there is no competition at all. We are not meant to live to compete. ❤️

I swear, I felt like everyone of these beautiful women spoke to me personally while I was watching this. I am a 22 yr-old gay man (college student) who honestly feels judged for my looks by my community and society in general. Cus I'm too short, I got patchy facial hair, and I'm chubby. I am currently doing some personal soul-searching, and I found this video at the perfect moment in my life. I honestly can be very catty and negative and I use it as a front and as defense mechanism because I am also unwilling to express my true emotions for fear that my masculinity will be discredited even more than it already is. Tamera told me to start loving myself and to also start loving others. Jeanie told me to have an ambition and work for my goals because its more important than looks. Loni told me that beauty and looks are way too focused on in today's society and we normalize the fact that we judge each others so often and thats not right. and Adrienne said focus on your character; and she's right cus filters help me out ALOT with my selfies but i can't use a filter on this ugly ass attitude i got. They all just helped me out so much right now. This is why I watch them. Different perspectives rarely seen in the media until current years; these ladies are a blessing. Love them.

Women are jealous of each other. That's why. There can only be one woman on top. There's always one greatest female singer, dancer, businesswoman, writer, host. We can't have more than one. Some attack each other looks and set each other back. Those are the women that were never validated as a little girl. They were criticized by mom, or aunt or grandmother so all they know is to bring down other women. It's starts from home but just like what jeannie said about those women that are brought down by the bitter ones "YOUR BOUNCE BACK WILL ALWAYS BE GREATER THAN YOUR SET BACK." KEEP WINNING. YOU DESERVE TO GET A CROWN TOO. I'M PROUD OF YOU SIS.

I won tickets to a concert this past weekend and I didn't have money to buy new clothes or get my hair done. I was so thankful because I didn't do anything for my bday in early Nov. I rocked my natural puff, Walmart Jean's, sweater and 5 year old Target boots. I had women looking me up and down all night and doing hair flips after turning their back and laughing with their friends.
I am such an introvert and haven't been out in a couple years. I really dislike the judgements. I am going through so much and it took a lot of courage for me to even get out of my house.
I want to give up every day and I keep pushing through and treating people good and being encouraging. It gets exhausting sometimes.

This has really help me today! So many people can find things that are wrong with one another , that we never stop to find that time to support what is good. We need more of each other to compliment and uplift one another.

This is the most Real The Real I've ever watched. Women, we need to start off by loving and celebrating us first so that we can be strong enough to stand against Society's attacks.

Class v Crass. What you like in others is a reflection of what you like or would like in you. What you hate in others is what you hate about yourself. We are mirrors for each other. Do your inner work and let your light shine.
You are Beautiful, You are Intelligent, You are Joy, You are Confident, You are Courageous, You are a Work in Progress, You are Enough, You are Strong, You are Kind, You are Not a Mistake. You have Purpose, You are Compassion, You are Light, You are Love, You are a Blessing. ❤💙💚💛💜

Wow. This was probably one of the best and my favorite girl chats ever! God I missed it when I was just these 4! Now I feel like we dont hear too much of Adrienne or Tamera speak because they get overshadowed and Jeannie always gets interrupted. I missed this set up.

Because men are not jealous over other men's looks like women are, that's why men don't attack other men's look.

But loni had a whole segment about Celebs that was ugly.. She said the only reason somebody would talk to Jay Z is because he has money because she feels he is ugly.. Loni even said there are children that’s ugly.. She called them ugly tree monsters..
