- I went into NBA 2K24 with my mind set on creating a build that had a 99 three pointer, but I was a bit discouraged when rumors began spreading about how strict the builder was. I had no idea that 2K would still allow me to create a build that had a 99 three ball and still had ELITE ball handling and serviceable passing. Those three things are all I really need in a build for my playstyle, but I was also able to get some decent finishing as well. This build is a true offensive juggernaut that can be effective on and off the ball, and quite frankly IT DOES NOT MISS!
