I'm fortunate enough to have friends, family, and even coworkers who understand me. I don't think starting a YT channel will help me personally. I've seen and heard enough to the point in which I know I'm prolonging my own progress of going my own way and getting back to enjoying life.
Dude I hope you write a book. I’m your age but you illustrate your thoughts so much better than I. I feel YT is so “transient” so I don’t want all this wisdom to be lost.
I saw this video of a guy who is 51 and states why he stays away from people. Just a normal guy. The amount of people that liked and commented on his video was a lot. I'm sure he didn't have anyone to talk to, obviously. But he sure had people online, who told him of their experience with people. So starting a UA-cam channel might be a good idea.
I wanna be able to afford a decent mic and a camera or two first and then I might think about it. Gotta have some ideas as well. Get some editing skills maybe. Seems to be alot of hazzle and work. Maybe thats why many dont start a channel? Takes time out of schedule as well.
There is a bit of effort and 'showing up' to doing a video, sure, but it can be as easy as turning on your phone, and recording a conversational idea, and upload... It can be as simple or polished as you feel like. I enjoy doing it. NB: In this video, I wasn't talking about creating a channel for "success"... I was talking about those that feel alone with no one to talk to, and how a UA-cam channel is a good way to find like-minded people.
@huMANs_channel Sure I agree with that although I assume they want the quality to be good enough to attract some views, not alot but to the point they have an audience in the 3 digits at least.

Or you could hang out with a friend who started a UA-cam channel.
That's the lazy approach.
Wanna get married? Start a MGTOW UA-cam channel!
Makes sense.
