Such a silly argument about the Jota dive. Yes he has gone down easily however, it does not matter as there was clearly contact and it was clearly a foul! People also moan when players get fouled and don't go down?
About about the game a few seasons ago where the Newcastle keeper literally wraps both his arms around Mane's leg, Mane doesn't go down to chase the ball, but he is impeded enough that the chance to score slips away. Is that not a pen? A goalkeeper making contact on a player first without touching the ball which denies a goal scoring opportunity is a pen all day. Hypocrisy
Jota did not dive, he was in full sprint when Dubravka touched his foot. And yes he could've kept going, but if he went to ground later after trying to keep running after the ball and not being able to because of loss of balance, then the ref wouldn't have given it.

Someone please bring up the Isak pen v forest last week to Lewis, isak does the exact same thing as jota, I beg
Its a dive, but its a penalty because Dubravka hit his leg causing a foul in the box. A penalty doesnt mean someone has to go down everytime.
Newcastle did get battered but agree with the Newcastle fan that at 3-2 they could have come back. Saying that I thought it was a penalty and joelinton should have been off.
Imagine complaining about Klopp winding you up on the touchline when you've got the creepy symbiote Tindall stuck to Eddie Howe like dog shit on the sole of a shoe
Same thing happened to arsenal after they visited anfield last season🥲
OMG YES. This podcast has started exactly how I wanted it to. Carrot humbling the crap out of Varsenal and Pewcastle.
Lewis isn't wrong, to say there is a 0% chance of them snatching a draw at 3-2 is stupid, got dominated the whole game but still scored two just shows that they could've nicked something.
The only reason Newcastle even score is because of how physical they are, half the team should be sent off almost every match.
I agree with Lewis for once, showed twice they could snatch a goal against the run of play and that dive ruined it. Jota and Liverpool should be ashamed. And reel trying to defend jota is unbelievable open ur eyes
"open your eyes" and you can't see how Jota wen't down. Liverpool had 15 shots on target, open your eyes.
Newcastle got about 15 decisions for them in the game just gone. The amount of fouls and cards they got away with more than makes up for one penalty
Don’t know how they didn’t even mention joelinton while Lewis was calling the refs shite
Lewis copping more shots than dubravka yesterday from the boys
Happy New Year boys 🎉
hang on a minute didnt nunes score two late goals at saint james to win it for liverpool when they had 10 men and were 1-0 down , these newcastle fans need humbling theyve had one good season a thrashing in europe and they feel like theyre owed something , lets face it mate if the refs were on liverpools side joelinton is off the pitch by the 30th min mark
Can just tell they hardly watched the game joelinton didn’t get given the most obvious yellow which is why the crowd booed, for him to then go get another yellow meaning he should’ve been sent off
Definitely didn't watch. If they watched it, they would've streamed that day and made money. They wouldn't watch it elsewhere and not get paid. Probably asleep and hungover from NYE
The Newcastle goalie said it was a penalty after the game
i can't tell if reev is just tryna wind up lewis saying that wasn't a dive, either that or he actually has no idea
