Beverlywood is a neighborhood that borders south of Beverly Hills. The most expensive home sold in Beverlywood was in 2023 for $ Million. It was an 8 Bedroom, 11,000 square feet home. Currently there are 7 homes on the market for sale. The lowest at $1.4 million and the highest at $2.7 million with the average current list prices at $2 million.

Thanks for the relaxing neighborhood ride . Not a store or even a gas station in sight and mostly sunny with calm winds . If not for the bare trees you would think this was July . What happened to the rainy season ?

The County has been experiencing a very dry season the driest on record in 130 years to be exact. Perhaps you've heard of the fires in our area, that should give you some insight.
