RV Microwave Upgrade, Switching from a Traditional Microwave to a Microwave/ Convection Oven Combo

Today I share my experience purchasing & swapping out our traditional microwave with a microwave/ convection oven combo.
As someone who baked a lot at our sticks & bricks, I really didn't want to give up access to an oven on the road. This is really just a nice little touch that makes it feel more like home.
What kinds of things do you guys like to cook on the road?

what was the cubic ft of this one? I am looking to replace my HighPointe in my RV due to it not funcitioning correctly anymore.

Did you have to put space above the convection oven and on the sides? Many convection ovens require at least 8" of space above and 2'" on each side because of the heat. Does your rv have venting above or out the back so that the heat can escape?
