I like the idea of the tire to get upward motion. I've not used that before. I've had good luck with soaking the roots for several hours with a hose. Even several hours per day over a few days, but our summers are super dry so that's maybe not needed in your area. I've also had good luck with an engine house. Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work.
My lack of patience makes the soaking option tough for me although I have used it before and did with another tree removal I didn't record. Thanks for your comment.
Looks great. I wish we could have been there for the stump pulling. My favorite part of stump pulling is listening to the roots pop as they are letting go.
It looks like fun. I wish I was there to help. I thought we were taught using sketchy, welded together, rusty chains that could kill you at any given time. You’ve taken the fear out of it using a new chain.

We loved our Trot-Bilt tillers. My dad still has his from the mid-'70s. Sweet machines.
I spent a lot of time researching what tiller to get and decided the Troy-Bilt was the way to go. Hope mine's still running after several decades.

I wish you'd been here too, I could have used the help as well as shared the fun.

I was taught that way but haven't had the opportunity to gather miles of sketchy, welded together, rusty chains so this one will have to do.
