mouthwatering wow i think im gonna buy boneless bangus tom im getting hungry with your foods.looks all yummy.😍👍🙏🇵🇭😋thanks for loving our filipino dishes.
If you’re still looking for the vinegar recipe, make sure to use sugar cane vinegar, simply cane vinegar. Then just add condiments like onions, garlic, maybe chilies if you like it spicy, then just let that ferment in the vinegar. It would be safer if you look for Philippine vinegar to get the flavour profile you’re looking for cuz it’s different from other countries. The US has Asian stores or filipino stores to easily find that vinegar.
or coconut vinegar as the base. and aside from the above ingredients, also add garangal or a tiny portion of ginger. The vinegar, added with calamansi and soy sauce is the basic dipping sauce for many Filipino dishes. Garlic rice is usually the rice of choice for breakfast.

hello Walids, thanks for visiting our country, ur always have a nice content in ur vlogs, im always watching you, keep it up, more subscribers to come Godbless and keepsafe.
The fish you ate was bangus in Tagalog ; milkfish in English. The milkfish is the national fish of the Philippines. It was good you ordered the boneless bangus because the fish bones are thin and soft. You don’t want any bone gets stuck in your throat because it’s hard to remove it.
kalamansi and kalamansi juice is iconic and unique to the Philippines, its not too similar to lemon, its a distinct fruit and flavor that defines the philippine's taste icon. so i hope you give kalamansi juice a try next time ✨

The Filipino way of eating the daing na bangus is dipping it in "spiced vinegar" or vinegar with onions, garlic, chilli, and a little salt and pepper. Another dip is calamansi with soy sauce and chilli. For the "Americanised" palate ketchup is the go-to dip, but since we are Filipinos our ketchup got to be sweet so we have banana ketchup. 😊

You passed on calamansi juice? It’s NOTHING like lemon. Locals think its English translation is lemon or lime, but the taste is not the same with neither. It’s a cross between lime and orange. That calamansi is really good in a juice form. But enjoyable to watch you enjoy food in the Philippines. Much like Thailand, a lot of the food has good strong flavours. That’s why I myself can’t get enough of them.
If ya thinking of coming back to the Philippines, please check out Bacolod City, hope ya can drop here to experience the food here. As well as the places here. More comin' vlogs to come. Lovin' and enjoying your vlogs. Have a safe travel around the world.
We don't drizzle the calamamsi on the fish. Squeeze the calamansi on the soy dish, then add some soy sauce and spiced vinegar, then you use that concoction as a dipping sauce. The soy dish are those small dishes where the calamansi was placed.
@@WalidsJourney It's a universal dipping sauce here, not just for the fish... but we might omit the soy sauce for sweetened cured meats, such as Tapa, (we only use the calamansi and spiced vinegar Tapa).
@@WalidsJourney For beef broth soup (Bulalo), you could use soy sauce (toyo) or fish sauce (patis) with calamansi and chilis)... we use fresh chilis which we crush or cut with our spoons because spice is optional in our cuisine. For chicken ginger soup (Tinola) you could use fish sauce (Patis) calamansi and chilis... We don't use soy sauce for Tinola.
You see that little plate they give you, that's where you make your sauce. You put soy and the calamsi and chili together, it complements the food very well

The fan is blowing me it's hot air hahaha welcome to manila, I think you got a self service restaurant like he jollibee I love that shake in manila city is very cheap price while in 5star hotel boom expensive
Soy sauce plus Calamnsi and ad onion and chili is good too and for vinegar you can add also garlic onion and chilli some people like putting a little bit of sugar 🤧
Vinegar sauce: Vinegar(mainly white/rice vinegar or get whatever is available or convenient) Chopped onions Crushed garlic Salt Pepper Optional: Soy sauce Calamansi/Lime/Lemon Chilli Sugar Fish sauce You can customize depends on your liking.
hahaha step 1, create your dip first in the very small plate, put some soy sauce, vinegar and squeeze the calamansi (philippine lime), then add put in some red chilis squeeze em as well then you're good to go... don't pour it over rice or the food haha
You don’t eat pork? Are you Muslim or Arabian? I’ve been watching your blogs. You’re so down to earth eating whatever people recommends, but not pork. So far so good watching you going places. That fish dish is called DAING NA BANGUS (white fish) and it’s good you’re liking Filipino foods. What restaurant is this? Less than $7 for 2 meals. That was really good.
That tiny green thing that you call lemon is actually kalamansi. You dont squeeze it over the fish. It is supposed to be a dip with soy sauce or fish sauce and chillies if you want to add a little spiciness in your dip. In the Philippines a dip or sauce is essential in every dish. And chillies are optional. You add chillies according to your tolerance .
If given a spoon and fork in a public restaurant, please use them as a sign of proper Filipino dining etiquette. Eating with your hands has its place, either at your own dining table or where Filipino restaurants consider you do it.
Yes as so as Filipinos most of Them Love to Eat with theirs Hands YOU CAN DO ANYTHING WITH YOUR FOOD WALIDS EITHER YOU USE SPOON OR NOT IT Doesn’t Matter As Long As YOU ENJOY Your FOOD….. Don’t LISTEN TO THIS GUY He’s Full OF It 😂😅✌️💕🇺🇸
Be careful and vigilant in here. Do not expose your cellphone and wallet in the middle of the night on the street. There are some hold uppers roaming around riding in a motorcycle everywhere in Manila. Even us locals, are being targeted by hold uppers.

Ohhhhh thanks for telling me
If ya thinking of coming back to the Philippines, please check out Bacolod City, hope ya can drop here to experience the food here. As well as the places here. More comin' vlogs to come. Lovin' and enjoying your vlogs. Have a safe travel around the world.
I am
We mix soy sauce & vinegar to deep your chicken or fish. Or soy sauce with lemon( kalamansi)
you should try Bacolod CHicken inasal if you like ph chicken
We don't drizzle the calamamsi on the fish. Squeeze the calamansi on the soy dish, then add some soy sauce and spiced vinegar, then you use that concoction as a dipping sauce.
The soy dish are those small dishes where the calamansi was placed.
Interesting
You must try adobong manok. ♥️
It was made in chicken and for sure you will like it. 👌
Wow 😋
You’re so cute to watch!
Bro you Gonna try eat Halo-Halo its very good
You see that little plate they give you, that's where you make your sauce. You put soy and the calamsi and chili together, it complements the food very well
Ohhhhhh

The fan is blowing me it's hot air hahaha welcome to manila, I think you got a self service restaurant like he jollibee I love that shake in manila city is very cheap price while in 5star hotel boom expensive
Soy sauce plus Calamnsi and ad onion and chili is good too and for vinegar you can add also garlic onion and chilli some people like putting a little bit of sugar 🤧
It’s so good
Vinegar sauce:
Vinegar(mainly white/rice vinegar or get whatever is available or convenient)
Chopped onions
Crushed garlic
Salt
Pepper
Optional:
Soy sauce
Calamansi/Lime/Lemon
Chilli
Sugar
Fish sauce
You can customize depends on your liking.
Cool chap
hahaha step 1, create your dip first in the very small plate, put some soy sauce, vinegar and squeeze the calamansi (philippine lime), then add put in some red chilis squeeze em as well then you're good to go... don't pour it over rice or the food haha
Thanks for the tips!
If you live in LA visit a filipino market.they sure have that vinegar sauce.
I’m coming

The vinegar is just chopped garlic and onion. if u want it sweet add brown sugar to taste.
Thanks for the tip!
Assalamualaikum my brother hopefully you can visit here in Mindanao to taste Muslim foods... And travel with becoming a Filipino 😁
You don't pour vinegar or soy sauce or kalamansi on your rice. It is supposed to a DIP !
Thanks for the tip!
I’m Muslim.thank you
That tiny green thing that you call lemon is actually kalamansi. You dont squeeze it over the fish. It is supposed to be a dip with soy sauce or fish sauce and chillies if you want to add a little spiciness in your dip. In the Philippines a dip or sauce is essential in every dish. And chillies are optional. You add chillies according to your tolerance .
I think it's also okay to squeeze it over fish, sometimes I do this too but the common things is the soy sauce/Calamansi/chili dip.
In the Bicol and the Visayas area, calamansi is called "lemoncito".
Try to eat halo halo
That fried is is our national fish.
Really ?
Plz support him ..
The waiter should at least assist him on how to enjoy his daing the na bangus im dying to make him the proper sauce for it 😅
The mango juice is not with PURE mango, its mango pulp in a tim, concentrated has to be thinned with milk.
Hope you can go to the provinces of the Philippines, becsuse in reality Metro Manila is not a city the Philippines is proud of.
I would recommend you go to Tagaytay, Pampanga, Batangas or Baguio. These are all located in Luzon, easy to travel to by bus.
What is the name of your friend?
I don’t give that information
He's cute 😍
What's up buddy
13k sub to 16k wow
Omgggg!!
UR RIGT LIFE IS SHORT GOES BYE IN A WIND BLOW
Exactly
pls tell me you did not upset your stomach
Nope
How many times you repeat yourself
Many times
finally, you spotted a good breakfast, the one you had with fake Kyrie Irving is a total scrap in Philippines. BTW, ejoy!
the national fish of the Philippines- bangus(milk fish)
Kalamansi is like a lime
That wasn't cheeseballs. That is takoyaki, japanese street food
Kalamansi juice is good for health compare with coke zero...choose nutrients food kuya...
Boneless BANGUS or MILKFISH…. Yummy
Poor kitty :(
What two Coke zero 😳😳😳
Why can't you do pork ? It's the thing to try in the Philippines,
If there are dogs and cats inside the resto, I'm not eating in there! I like dogs, but not on my food!
You should not eat the chese ball because they cook the pork in it.
If given a spoon and fork in a public restaurant, please use them as a sign of proper Filipino dining etiquette. Eating with your hands has its place, either at your own dining table or where Filipino restaurants consider you do it.
I’m Muslim we eat with our hands
Most probably not using real mangoes or dragon fruit! Those are pre mix flavored juices!
you’re a bad tipper bro.
❤❤❤
Wow😋
😋
