Thank you, good video. I have a question. Im trying to register my mother's EPA which she executed in 2007. The legal Form no.1 asks for copies of the notice letters sent to the notice parties back in 2007, but neither the notice parties nor the solicitor involved at the time have any copies. We do have an Affidavit of Service signed at the time by the solicitor's swearing that she sent the letters . Any advice? I'm trying to make the application myself to save around 400 euros - she doesnt have much money!!! Thanks,

Old person has large sum of cash in account . They have to nominate attorneys because of mental ill health . Two or 3 of their children become attorneys. What power have the children over the persons assets ?
The powers of the attorneys will be decided when the donor is making the power of attorney; he/she may give very general powers, or very specific ones. Remember the donor is doing this when he is compos mentis so it is up to him/her, and to take advice on it.

Hi can some one with enguring power of attorney let out a property with out the permission or wishes of the donor?
It depends on the powers granted in the EPA.
